Course Curriculum Overview
Study about the economics influenced me to take the course. It doesn't prepare the students all for real word applications. This is the major drawback. Practicality should be there which is very important. Moderate difficulty plus 2 times exam in an year
Internships Opportunities
There are many like right Management, rural handmade and many other with an avg stipend of 10k per month. Overall internship opportunities are quite good in the college. Internships in the field of HR mostly approach.
Placement Experience
Placements of the college is quite good. From semester 5 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like EY, Deloitte, PWC visits and many offers are made successfully. Highest package is 23.5 LPA and average is 4.25 LPA. Company like DE shaw gives highest package. Profiles offered are of HR, analyst, executive etc. 80% are placed successfully. Fees and Financial Aid
The fees varies across different courses. And also, it varies differently in different years. The fees is same for every category. For the third year the fees for economics honours is ?13095. So, it is a good decent college.
Campus Life
There are many fests happening. In the month of feb and March. Many books are available in library. Facilities and technological provisions are not good at all. Sports and ECA are too good. Enactus is the one that impacts the life of students.
Admission
I chose this college. Firstly, because it is associated with du. Also, it has a lot of societies, which teaches a lot of soft skills. I didn't got the cuet score to choose other colleges. Cracking the CUET exam, then filling the DU form, making the preference list. Admission experience is quite hectic.
Faculty
The faculties are approachable but some are very strict and hence not approachable. Kanika Goyal mam is a good teacher. She taught stats and ecotrix and she is approachable as well. She has a good knowledge of stats and ecotrix both. She taught everything in detail. Some faculties are very strict. There are 2 times exam happens in a year. They are moderate in difficulty level. And hence, can be cleared with a decent preperation. Majority of the students clear exams. Course curriculum is not quite relevant.
