- College environment is very good and lively. In terms of crowd and infrastructure I'll say I am very much satisfied. Well maintained gardens and grounds makes our college more beautiful.
- In terms of faculty, teachers are cooperative. They help and guide students in variety of aspects.
- Cafeterias are good and serve good food for students.
Dislikes
- Availability of drinking water specially in summers is a little disheartening as the drinking water is hot in temperature and sometimes taps are not working.
- Few teachers are not punctual with classes and its times and show un-professionalism.
- Overpriced stalls in any fest or other events which makes it difficult to purchase for students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Talking specific about my course i.e, Pol sci hons, subjects and contents offered under curriculum is very good and can be said "important" to know about the subject at the fullest and best of the knowledge we can grab by divided curriculum, which can also be applied to our daily workings in real world. The topics and debates covered are important for student studying this subject. Frequency and timings of exams are very satisfactory. They neither make pressure on students nor hurriness in teachings.
Fees and Financial Aid
Talking specifically about my course i.e, pol sci hons, course fee structure is somewhat around 14k-14.5k anually, apart from this semester-wise exam feez is not added under this. That has to be paid seperately, which is around 1k per semester exams.
Campus Life
My Overall experience is very good. As of now it has already been 1 year past my admission in this college, all I can say is I am very well satisfied with college, its infrastructure, its faculty, crowd, provisions, accessibility to college resources, problem solvings and attention to extracurricular activites. Engagement of societies and co-curricular activities is very good and provides radiance to college.
Admission
Admission process under NEP was a little tricky for some students aspiring for DU as it had many different portals for seperate tasks such as CUET, CSAS, Samarth, etc. Overall admission process was smooth. Allocation of colleges was smooth and efficient and on time. Exam conduction was also efficient and good.
Faculty
So talking specifically about my course i.e, Pol Sci hons, there are total 2 seperate sections A&B, in which students are divided and teachers are also allocated their classes accordingly. Faculty members are very good and well qualified and knowledged. They are cooperative with students and are experienced in their subjects.
