- The infrastructure and campus of the college is not good, under construction and the remaining structure is old and degraded.
- There is not much scope of growth the college does not often organizes events and competitions for students to compete and perform.
- There is an issue between the students and administration now and then which always create a problem for the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course of political science has a curriculum of great relevance to the society. It is a practical subject even though most of the syllabus is theory it is practically applicable in the society and helpful to understand how the things work. There can be some improvements in the method of teaching is that there should often be debates and discussion between the students including various forms of debates. Exam are conducted within regular intervals and the difficulty level is hard but if you have studied regularly it won't be a problem
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities come in college during March and April there is internship fest organised in college by the placement cell of college you can sit for interviews in different companies. The fest is conducted for 2-3 days and there is good hiring rate.
Fees and Financial Aid
Since, I have joined the college there is no increase in fees it has been 14000 course fees and exam fees to the university each semester. There is increase in fees but they are not to often and not that huge. And there are scholarship and financial aids such as providing laptops.
Campus Life
The overall experience in the campus is nice there are a lot of clubs and societies with different theme, if you are interested in one of these then they will be exciting and help you to improve on it.
Admission
The admission process to get into any college in Delhi University is through CUET that is a competitive exam. The cut off for political science is generally high and for Ram lal Anand college you should have the score between 660-690(Gen), 630 above(OBC), 500 above(sc & st). The part which I did not like about the admission process is there normalisation of score.
Faculty
The one thing which is really good about the college is the faculty the professors are highly qualified with balanced ratio of faculty-to-student, and they have an interactive session with frequent discussions and debates. The faculty members are easy to approach they even solve your querys when not in college.
