My Honest Review about my college ARSD

My priority was Bcom programme because Delhi University offers great Bcom curriculum as compared to other universities. The curriculum of course is strictly followed in my college. Teaching methods of professors is great they don't just prepare is for our exams they are also preparing us for real world . I choose this course because it offers wide variety of options for our future. The curriculum really helps me by getting exposure to the practical world outside as it engages students in many extra co curricular activities as well. The areas which needs improvement are that it should be more inclined towards the practical form of learning .The exams happens twice a year , semester wise . The difficulty level of exams is moderate to difficult.

They didn't increase our fees too much because it's a government college our college fees is affordable, there is also opportunities for scholarship in our college. We are eligible for it every year it also provides book aid for the students who needs it the maximum scholarship amount is 5,000 rupees according to me . The cost of course is ?20000 early, and exam form cost us around 2,000 for each semester. Financial aid is available to EWS students, as well as there are other relevant scholarships are also available.

Our college has thriving culture of societies, we have many societies like some of them are based on placements, dance, tourism,debate , NCC etc. However our college focuses more on academics rather than co-curricular activities.The societies provide a platform to connect with like minded peoples , share passion and learn from diverse perspective. The commerce department area of our college is one of the best and beautiful area it have different types of flowers planted and trees . Overall experience of my college till now is very good I like the environment.

The eligibility for admission in DU is that you have must passed your 12th board exams and then you have to apply for CUET exam , which is conducted by NTA , CUET is not that easy you have to do a proper study to crack this exam the syllabus of this exam is same what you have studied in your 12th board. This exam is held on centre's provided you written on your admit card of CUET exam , the cut-off of ARSD college is very high for top courses. If you have reservation benefits like EWS , sports quota don't forget to submit those it will help you a lot to get the best colleges and courses. But still cutt off is high in that case to. CUET exam timing for 1subject is 1hour and total no. Of questions for 1subject is 60 there is also negative marking for each wrong question is .25 so please make sure you choose correct option exam is based on computer.

The faculty is so good, the teachers are always helpful, we can anytime approach them for solving doubts. Teachers are cooperative and complete the syllabus on time so that we get an ample amount of time to prepare for our semester exams . If we study well we can easily pass the semester exams . Here professors who teaches us are highly educated and knowledgeable. I often interact with the teachers almost in every class as they help us in each and every problem and share immense knowledge with us.
