Good Faculty, they have good knowledge and teach well.
Good labs with equipment every students get one instrument
Freedom to talk with teachers after college ends.

Dislikes

We are not allowed to leave college campus once it starts.
More of practical knowledge should be implemented
Uniforms should be discontinued, students should be allowed to wear what they want

Course Curriculum Overview

More of practical knowledge should be implemented in the course rather that theoretical knowledge. Other than that if one studies well one can get good marks. More of practical knowledge on the field will help students to get internships and jobs.

Placement records are quite good with most students getting placed with a average salary of Rs. 848000 and the highest package offered being Rs. 7500000 per annum. TCS, INFOSIS, CONNIZANT and many more companies visit

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships can be availed on the tuition fees, one can find the details on the website. Government scholarships can also be availed. In my case the fees won't increase. A fees breakup structure will be provided upon admission.

Campus Life

Library card will be provided to all the students and book can be issued easily. We have fests like UREKON, ESTACHIA, ETOPIA to name the important once. Many clubs are present including coding clubs and photography clubs.

Admission

One can easily find the fees details and admission form from the website. You are eligible if you sit for IEMJEE, WBJEE, JEE MAINS One the semester starts after 1.5 - 2 months their will be a term exam of 30 marks followed by another team exam of 30 marks after a month. After that the practicals will start then the semester exam.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-.
