The only thing which I don’t like is that tha campus of this college is not big enough

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose B.Com Hons as my subject because I want to pursue MBA in my future.The faculty of this college is amazing.They are all very helpful.Total no. of students for this course currently is 800 something and each sector has 120 students.The teachers use projectors to make us understand the concept clearly.Sem exams occur every six months and if you study properly you will score good marks for sure

The fees of my college is very affordable compared to other colleges. Being one of the top colleges of Kolkata and still being affordable is very rare.The campus thus provide jobs to the students and there are also internship opportunities in this college

Campus Life

The campus life is too joyful for us as there are many clubs available in this college for example debating club,dance club,social welfare club and many other clubs.There is also many sports club like badminton,volleyball and etc.The thing which I like the most in my college is its library it's too hig and has many different types of books available

Admission

The admission process for Shri Shikshayatan College is was very smooth for me .The application form is to be filled first if You want to take admission in this college.The admission form is to be found in the college portal itself and there is no need for application fees we only have to pay semester fees.Though there is some charge for the application form.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

My point of view of HCC( Heramba Chandra College)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average

When canteen closed, the city opened up.

The application form is available on the college website and every other detail regarding fees and application date is available there.
