Course Curriculum Overview

4

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

Internships Opportunities

3

no internships were good that was provided from college but the skill development opportunities given were good as there was a lot in the list and perfect for students to complete within the short time of course

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fee structure is around 60000 per year and few semester the fees used to fluctuate. Tuition fee was 20000 , lab fee was 3000 and the rest 4000 to 6000 was the infrastructure maintenance. The exam fee is also included rupees 400 to 500. For bsc honours the yearly fees was around 50000 yearly which makes 150000 for 3 years in which tuition fee was 18000 and lab fee was 3000 and the rest 4000 for the infrastructure. Swami vivekananda scholarship was the scholarship available for student. Overall the college was good but the teachers could have been a bit more friendly and helpful but the office work was good and easy as well as the library was maintained perfectly. The infrastucture was really good as there was lift for the students to use , the washrooms where cleaned and the college was fully AC centralized.

Campus Life

4

the campus life was good as the campus was not to big but was no less in any way . there was blood donation camps happening in every 4 months and carnivals happening in every 6 months . fun programme happening almost every week .the sports area was really good every student could access that . there were a lot of games like chess, table tennis, carrom and many more. the college used to take excurtion every year for the students who were willing to go. there was smartboards in every classroom and they were in working condition , the library was maintained and the college was fully AC centrallized

Admission

I choose this college because of the location and the timing was also good . the infrastructor was good and the reviews were also given good but i got selected in good colleges like NMIMS hyderabad but couldn't make it as the location was really far from my home and also the list was declared late as i was in waiting. the admission process was really easy and smooth. the office members were helpfull. 70% was the cutoff for this college for b.com students and there was no admission exams conducted

Faculty

4

Few professors are really good and understands the students well but a lot a professors were also rude and argue unessesory with the students. i donot remember the name of the professors. 2 exam are there in total per semester one was the internals and the final exam conducted from the university. A lot of students failed in exams as the portions where not completed and for few semesters the students were only given 4 months to prepare for the exam.

Night Life

4

the cafeteria was maintained very nicely and all type of veg food was found there also the sevice was very good. the locality was safe as it was quite a bzy area and hada lot of colleges nearby so a lot of students were seen in the area and as for the famous places it was forum mall and many more shopping malls and cafe and inside the college was the cafeteria and the sports arena.

Other Applied Colleges

The Bhawanipur Education Society College - [BESC] | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.} (Accounting and Finance)

This college was located in a good area and had a good infrastructure in every way and also it was affiliated from University of Calcutta.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course the b.com because I want to become the CA but after completing the graduation my family condition was not very good so I quit my studies and searching for the job. My dream was after B.com then I complete M.com then CA but I couldn't do that. I'm pursuing because I'm interested in understanding how businesses work and want a solid foundation in commerce and finance. It opens up various career paths in accounting, finance, management, and more. Plus, it's a versatile degree that can lead to professional certifications like CA, CS, or MBA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average
