Excellent laboratory facilities for the students with well equipped computer.
Well equipped research labs for every department, having cutting edge computers
High speed wifi, which is free for the students.

Dislikes

The uniform is uncomfortable and unbreathable
Excessive strictness is shown regarding the entry and the exit timing.

Course Curriculum Overview

In today's world, coding is very much essential. That's what drove me towards taking up the course. The facilities are all highly qualified, and they have a PhD degree in their field of expertise. They are very friendly in nature. The exams are very much standard, if a student studies well during the entire semester.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Placement Experience

The students are allowed to sit for the placement exams from the 7th semester. Every student gets atleast 1 job offer from the companies that visit the campus. Companies like TCS, Capegemini, Accenture, Wipro, Infosys and many other service based company comes to hire the students

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees per semester is 70000. The fees remains constant. One has also to pay additional examination fees prior to the semester exams. In the first year, the students are given a scholarship based on the marks they have attained in class 12th. Also, the batch topper is given a scholarship to praise their efforts

Campus Life

All the classrooms are equipped with projectors and computers, and also high speed internet facilities are available to every student for free. Fests are conducted in the month of January and February mainly. This time, one fest is also is in the month of March. The tech-fest is Ureckon and The Annual Fest is Estacia

Admission

The admission process is smooth enough. One has to appear for IEMJEE, which is their admission entrance exam. They look for school grades. They also look at Join Entrance examination score card in the admission process. I contacted the admission department and filled the form after that

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Elegibility for placement-Generally students become elligible for campus placement in their 7th semester or 8th semester and there might be some prerequisties such as minimum CGPA must be 6-7 with no bachlogs Internship and pre-placement offers-many companies offer internships during the 6th semester or 7th semester and successful interns may receive pre-placement offers if their performance is good. Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. If u give the 10,000/- in advance then the seat will be booked for you and at the time of admission your money will be extracted from there.
