I chose HR and Marketing as I was interested in these topics and also curious about it. Faculty:student ratio is 1:35 which is quite decent. Qualification of the faculty is very nice. There are IIT and IIMs graduate, also they have done PHD. Teaching method is hybrid, mix of online and offline teaching. Presentation slides are used. Questions are asked, interactive lectures are encouraged by faculty and college One term was of 3 months, and it was moderate. Anyone who studies, and has their concept clear can pass easily

From semester 4, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies big and small visit like Accenture, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, etc. 210 offers are made Highest package per company was 36LPA, and average package is 10 LPA Almost there is 100% placement My plans after getting the degree is to start the job and start earning

Fees hike policy is considered and decided by government. Fee is 1300000 for 2 years I got internship from college in HireTale as Marketing Intern. my stipend was 20000 per month. The internship was of 2 months I got final placement in Jeevitam as Project Manager. My package was 720000 per year

There were annual fest in which there are music, dance and food. Month in which it is conducted is February A really big library is there where almost every book is there. Classrooms are AC furnished. Desks are arranged in horse shoe shape. Projector is there All kinds of extracurricular activities, and sports are there like Cricket, Football, Badminton, Dance, Singing, Skits, Throwball, Fest, Fashion Shows, etc Various clubs and committees are there like Nature, HR Club, Cultural, Sports, Hridaan, Academics, etc

Room contains a single occupied room with attached washroom, which has shower and western pot, a basin There is a table, chair, single bed, cupboard Meal is quite nice where both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is served. Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner is provided. Menu with variety is followed

Admission procedure was quite smooth Firstly, I had to give CAT exam, which is all India qualifying exam for management. After clearing the ST cutoff of year 2019 which was 50 percentile, I got called for CAP interview at Kolkata. There, I can give interview to get admission in baby IIMs. It was 2 step process. At first, we were given a topic in which we have to write essay. My topic was " Are electronic devices advantage of disadvantage to youth". After that, there was PI round, in which questions were asked about grades, extra curricular activities, personality and academics. Then I checked list of IIM Raipur. I was selected. I went to take admission. I brought all necessary documents and admission was smooth. There is a branch of IDBI Bank inside college campus, through which I got loan. One thing which can be improved during admission process is that they should allow 1 week for admission rather than the next day

I went to Career Launcher to prepare for CAT exam. It was one year course. Subjects included were Quants, Reasoning and English. I got study materials from there. Most effective way of studying is self study
