The faculties are quite qualified and each one of them comes with their own abundance of knowledge, expertise and industry exposure. Being in a residential campus the connection with the faculties is very easy and the student-faculty ratio is quite impressive and improving on a regular basis. As per industry standards, the teaching pedagogy keeps on updating every year and students get the option to evaluate the course at the end of each term.

After completion of the first year and before moving to the second year there is a break in between where it is necessary to at least do a two months internship before joining any company full time for the exposure and experience. Hence, it is necessary to do an internship as it is an evaluated component of the course itself. The college provides assistance in this regard for internships.

Fees have to be paid for every term right before the term begins. For example, there are three terms in an academic year so students pay thrice over a period of one year. No scholarship opportunities as such.

Annual Fest: Karmaanta conducted around Jan or Feb is the grand fest of the institute. When it comes to research, IIM Raipur is growing strong in this with time. It provides one of the best facilities for research. Libraries are open 24x7 for students and there is a plethora of books and journals to ponder upon. There are various club and committees through which students interact, engage and conduct various events. The campus has a huge sports infrastructure consisting of 3 TT courts, 4 badminton courts, one swimming pool, one gym and a yoga centre as well. Each and every activity is solely run by students. Last, but not least the breathtaking campus and so many memories in hostels.

Since it is residential program, students have to remain in the hostel for the 2 year course. As a part of course fees, your hostel fees gets covered as well as mess fees. The insititute has a huge mess providing meals for 4 times including morning breakfast and evening snacks. The food menu is made by the students themselves and is reviewed every often. Hygiene is one of the most important things bore in mind as well. Hostel has individual as well as twin sharing with 24x7 internet facilities and water.

Admission through CAT MBA Entrance Exam followed by GDPI. There are different cut-off lists declared on the basis of category reservation. For example, the highest cut off like in my case will always be for general engineer males followed by general engineer females and so on. Post you have cleared the cut-off, you are supposed to take the GD/PI round as per your scheduled date and on the basis of your overall profile and performance for GDPI an overall composite score decides whether you have made it into the college.
