Remarks

This college gave me one of the best experiences in my life. It gave me memories which will be something I will take to my grave.

Entrance Preview

Kerala engineering entrance test. Electrical engineering had a wide range of opportunities than any other branch.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course structure is mainly divided into 8 semesters , that is 2 semesters a year to a total of 8 semesters in 4 years programme. Talking about the syllabus, which were made under cochin university of science and technology, were quite tough one but still good.

Internships Opportunities

Usually some of the companies which come for placement drive offer internship to students. But only few of the brilliant minds get this.

Placement Experience

5

This is one of the best colleges in kerala where placement percentage is almost above 95 percent. Minimum package offered was 3 lakh per annum, to maximum of 20- 24 lakh. Some of the companies are Bosh, TCS , Tavant, Quest, Dshow, Qualcomm, usigma , Deloitte, Ernst and young.

College Events

5

Talking about technical fest in college , ExCel is one of the best tech fests in India. It includes all variety of innovative ideas exhibited by students and there is management events too. Also it includes quiz for all branches. Some of other events are Robowars , TEd talks by most respected personalities in India .

Fee Structure And Facilities

There were mainly three kinds of seat in the college , one for govt seat - 35000 , other is management- 65000 and nri seat of 1 lakh. There were also scholarships for students for whom the fee structure was not feasible. The college is mainly managed bu Ihrd. The fee structure was as a whole feasible

Fees and Financial Aid

Apart from the scholarship from the government, there runs a aluminum association which provide scholarships to students on a yearly basis.

Campus Life

4

The campus life was one of the best experiences I could get in my life. The gender ratio was almost equal in all branches , except in Biomedical branch were all boys were fighting to go. Extracurricular activities include Many sports matches conducted every year for all games. Many debate programs used to be conducted.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostel facilities were so good. Hostel rooms are sharing rooms . This is one place where you can learn some values which you don't get from college. Inside hostel it's like a family. And talking about food , it's so good. Also everything inside hostel be it mess or other stuff, everything is managed by student secretaries it self.

Alumni/Alumna

From my experience , this is the best place where you can have one of the huge alumni association among all other colleges in kerala.

Exam Structure

Exams were not that frequent. As usual in all engineering colleges , there will be 2 series test before the university exam in all the semesters. Mostly the college days were enjoyable, with out much pressure. All exams will be usually planned in such a manner that there is much gap in between.

Admission

Nowadays mostly everything is online, so the notification came online in keam website with the rank and we had to give the list of colleges to opt from a pool. There were 2-3 rounds of allotments ,were they verified our documents and other certificates and all the originals were collected and then finally seat was allotted.

Faculty

4.5

They were mostly friendly and supportive to all the students, they would help us out in any kind of activities or programs which we students are doing by taking our own initiative. And still there runs many social activities which were a huge success

I'll be aiming for higher educations most probably
