Course Curriculum Overview
I have opted for Bcom hons because I am planning to attempt Rbi grade B exams. The faculty is average, to be honest. Some of the professors are really good at what they teach while some are average. The facility quality is not very satisfactory. Talking about the difficulty level of exams, it's pretty much mediocre. It depends on your level of preparation.
Placement Experience
Lots of companies visit the college for placement, and they are KPMG, Indigo, Genpact, ICICI Bank, etc. The placement cell of our college is very active and provides good placement to students of every course especially B.Com (Hons).
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee ranges from 12k -14k depending on your courses. The fees for science courses are generally higher. There is no scholarship offered as far as I know but there is a program called Finance Assistant for economically weaker students.
Campus Life
There are a number of societies available in the college including regional societies as well. Library facilities are also good. Our college library is well maintained. However, the books are not up to date considering the regular change in curriculum. There are a lot of sports activities that keep happening on the campus.
Admission
I got admitted on the basis of the 12th board %. Cut-off varies between 90 and 97% for commerce courses. The whole process is online. Lots of companies visit the college for placement, and they are KPMG, Indigo, Genpact, ICICI Bank, etc. The placement cell of our college is very active and provides good placement to students of every course especially B.Com (Hons).
