Course Curriculum Overview

I'm fascinated by the computer and software items from my school days. That's why I chose this course. The faculty-student ration is quite good here, everyone has an equal opportunity to solve their academic problems. Every one of them is highly qualified. Term exams are held two times per semester and semester exams are much more easier than expected

Internships Opportunities

TCS, wipro, cognizant and many more companies provide internships the minimum stipend paid to students is approximately 10k to 15k. Students know how it Sector works and get connections with many peoples who are in that profession.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. There are various companies like TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, PW, Intel etc. visit for placements. 90% of applicants get placed. After graduation, I plan to get a job with a handsome salary

Fees and Financial Aid

The total 4year fee is 7 lakhs and the semester fee is 85k per semester. Swami Vivekanand scholarship provide by our college and who gets good grades in the 10th and 12th exam also gets a scholarship facility.

Campus Life

The annual fest is arranged in the last months of the year and it is very enjoyable. There are various types of books from different publications are available there. There are various types of books like coding, dance, music, sports etc. And these are quite active.

Admission

I am in the CSE core of UEM Kolkata and I got the application from the college itself. There is an improvement from the previous year. No advancement is required in the admission process, only eligible ranked students are able to join our college

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. If u give the 10,000/- in advance then the seat will be booked for you and at the time of admission your money will be extracted from there. College review

Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
