Course Curriculum Overview
I currently study at atma ram Sanatan dharma college and choose this course because I like to study more about economics and business. Faculty to student ratio is not very good but it's just ok. The teachers seem qualified, and they teach well. Exams were timely and it was very difficult to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities to me were provided in the 6th semester and they were not very bad but not very good either. I didn't participate much in the internship program so I don't have many ideas about it.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placement after the 5th sem. Companies like Deloitte, HDFC, etc. have visited my college many offers were made. I don't have much idea about the highest or average package. After getting the degree my plan is to go for a data analyst role.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee hike was not much just around 500-600 rs, cost to study seems great for the opportunity provided. I did not avail of any scholarship but it was available, I did not also avail of financial assistance & job assistance on campus.
Campus Life
Fest was not organized on large scale due to the pandemic and I can't comment on social life much because most of my studies were online due to the pandemic. Most of the fests are conducted between Feb-Mar. There are many books that are available in the library and it's a great library. There is a basketball court, badminton court, and table tennis room in my college. There were many societies too like dance society, music society, acting society, etc.
Admission
The eligibility for my course was to attain a minimum cutoff percentage or more, the application form can be found on the Delhi University website application fees depend on the category and may have changed by now. I got a reservation benefit as I got admission for less percentage than the general category. The admission process could be easier if the interface of the website is improved.
