We have atleast secured 70% marks in 10th and 12th standard Our college conducts an entrance exam known as IEMJEE where you can apply for your examination If you have good marks on boards like 90% then the college will give you a discount on the fee It doesn't take admission through jee mains as well wbjee

Because computer science is the future for engineers and it gives great opportunities for engineers The faculty is good and the students are also friendly All the faculty are well qualified and their teaching method is good If you are focusing in class then you will not go to face any problems in term exams and they are very easy

From the 8th semester, we are eligible for college placement Mainly TCS, cognizant and etc are companies which came in our campus The highest package is 72 lakh and the average package is 5.5 lakh 90% of students got placement I don't know because I have recently started my b. tech journey but I know that it will end up in a very well situation

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for our programme are fixed which is 620000 and which is okay according to the placements that the college offers us If you are from another state then you will face some scholarship problems and you are not going to get any job in the college promises

Campus Life

Our college organises various fest which is conducted in the feb-march month A lot of books are avail in the library that we can easily borrow from the library Our college doesn't have a playground so sports facilities are not so good There are coding clubs which give regular information about upcoming events and there are other lots of club which are active to give us information

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

University of Engineering And Management Kolkata is not one of the institutes that accept Bihar Students Credit card. However, the university offers various scholarships. Students are also eligible to apply for educational loans.

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. College review

Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
