I was given an EIC at Thapar in the spot round due to a respectable grade point average of 92.8% and I later received an ECE upgrade through a university internal exam. The Jee Mains percentage is typically used by Thapar, and students from Punjab are given extra consideration. A respectable branch at Thapar is possible if your percentile is higher than 90. Although the average annual revenue for computer branches is higher at roughly 11 - 12 lakh. The students observed a rise in placement trends during the previous 3 years. The companies begin to arrive for placement offers in the 7th semester. Most students are placed by 8thsemester. around 350 companies visited our university the previous year, and 1500 students were placed.
