Remarks
The admission was based on merit. On Delhi university's official website, the admission form was there. The application's last date was around 15 May 2019. Everything was online, from filling out the application form to fee payment. There was a reservation benefit for OBC, SC, and ST category students. And also for women in some colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview
Isliye choose this course as it is a specialization of commerce and it is also popular. Placement is also good. I think there is no such need for improvement. Every year there is a fest called TIDE in college. Various societies are there for exposure and extracurricular activities. The faculty is so good. Well experienced with a good attitude. They are really helpful but pretty well knowledgeable in their field. The course curriculum is good with industry concerning perspective subjects. Semester exams are not so tough for those who study. There is an SGPA system.
Internships Opportunities
The Cell not only caters to third-year students but to first-year and second-year students too by providing internship opportunities to them, like 1. Human Resources · 2. Social Media Marketing · 3. Marketing · 4. Content Writing · 5. Graphic Designing · 6. Social Work and Field Work.
Placement Experience
After the 4th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Wipro, TresVista, etc. Visited the campus. The highest package offered was INR 10 LPA. The average and median packages stood at INR 5.17 LPA and INR 5 LPA, respectively. Approximately 75% of students are placed in a well-known company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are 10115 per year. And examination fees are 510 per semester. Total 3 years fees are 30345. The Taneja Foundation Scholarship and Academic Prize are available for all courses while other scholarships are available for specific courses.
Campus Life
Talking academically, teachers are really good and experienced and know what they're teaching. There are so many prestigious and active Societies for co-curricular. Drama, debate, dance, music, art, and many others. The crowd has been getting better year after year as we see. But it also depends on the kind of friends or classmates you get. But u don't need to worry about that rn. It is overall a very good college in terms of Infrastructure, academics, and extracurriculars
