Admission was based on JEE Mains and the 12th Board. The admission was given on the basis of merit. The counseling process was online as well as offline. There were two separate cutoffs one for Punjab quota and the other for outside Punjab.

The course curriculum was pretty good but the syllabus of some subjects was outdated or useless. The faculty to student ratio is 25-30 students per faculty. Some teachers were good at teaching but most of the teachers didn't know how to teach. Exams were conducted two times per semester, one is mid sem and the other is the end sem exam. Passing in exams I easy and by studying just for a week one can score decent marks.

Most of the students who are good at coding get placed in decent companies with packages above 10 Lakhs. So the deserving candidates get placed easily with good packages. The internships get started from the end of the third year and most companies give pre-placement offers after the completion of the internship to students.

Placements begin in the 3rd year as companies come from time to time. But actual placements begin at the end of 3rd year and the placement session is pretty hectic but most of the students get placed at the end of placements. But as student strength is increasing there is a huge possibility of strong competition during placemetts in the future.

The fee is pretty high and it is very expensive to study here because every year, they hike the fees by 10% which, for some students becomes unaffordable to take admission to this college. There is also a scholarship provision for toppers, every student who is top 10% in the class in terms of academics can get a scholarship. There are also some other scholarships that you can get from college.

Campus life was good before covid, as there were a lot of activities and events, that were going on every other day. But after covid, there are a lot of restrictions on students, and almost no events happening in the college. There is a library which is huge and has availability of many books which students can issue for a specific time. There are clubs for every skill which a student can join. There is every sport on the campus like badminton, volleyball, and basketball with proper courts and equipment.

Hostels are good and every hostel has ac facilities in the rooms, reading room, and space for interacting and playing. The mess food is pretty decent but sometimes the food needs to improve. The fees for a hostel are decent.
