Entrance Preview

No entrance exam, I filled a common DU Form and I scored 92.8% in 12th. I choose B.Com(H), because my father told me to do so.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is really good as I got exposure in too many fields like accounts(corporate and finance), law(corporate and business), finance, marketing, economics, maths, computer, and many more. All these subjects gives me an insight and open up lots of option for my further studies.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, it provide internships. Stipend maybe 2500/- or something. I never done a internship through my college but as per other students it's really good experience and they got good exposure.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities are given to us. Proper procedure is there. Proper notice is placed on bulletin board and messages are circulated among students. Proper guidance is given to the students. Many good companies like KPMG, URBAM CLAP, NIIT, GENPECT etc. Around 200-300 students placed. Average package offered is 5-6 lac. per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you got highest in both semester then u will get scholarship and if you able to stood first in every semester then, you will get another scholarship. Also scholarship or fee concessions are given to poor students and needy students. There are many other scholarship programs for different streams.

Exam Structure

Exam Structure really nice. Adequate tests and labs are taken. Also exam or test date never intersect with our fest dated, which is pretty cool.

Faculty

For faculty I must say is awesome. Teachers are too much into welfare of students. They love us and love there jobs. Teachers teaches very well and also use different type of teaching like PPT, GDs etc. Also assignments, worksheets circulated among us, so that we get a clarity of concept. Apart from studies, teachers are also there for extra curricular activities, they emphasis on these too.

Daulat ram college through the eyes of drcians

Placement Experience:

Hands On experience !!

Placement Experience:

Students in my college can go for placements starting from 5th semester . many big companies including big four (4 ) visit the campus .The highest package was 23.5 lpa and median and avg package is 6.5 lpa .Most students who have got placements are 7 cgpa or above . Companies also provide intership opportunities for better placemnets .We also get guidance from resume building ,interviews and preparation .After finishing my degree I aim for placements and afterwards CAT forIIM's .

A beautiful memory

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the daulat ram course 8/10. One of the main reasons i chose this course was that the syllabus felt balanced between theory and practical understanding..but the only drawback is that sometimes it felt a bit more theory based rather than practical exposure , the exam pattern is consistent mid-sem internals and end-sem finals twice a year. Internals are usually manageable, but end-semester exams depend a lot on the teacher marking style.

My pov of college

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is quite good, from 2nd or 3rd year students are eligible. Deloitte visited recently. I'm not aware about this, placements cells are made in college who take care of all this. A good amount of students get place, approx 20 students were placed this tym in Deloitte. I will be continuing with ACCA only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is as per Delhi University's official curriculum, so it's pretty good. But its very theoretical as well so if I would suggest an improvement it would be this to make the curriculum more real and practical life based rather than rote learning.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

Great place to earn knowledge!!

Hindu College was certainly the dream place and score too was enough to get admission there. However, my parents sent me to Delhi with a condition that I can apply only in Ladies college. Gargi College defines greatness!

CUET is the best thing that has happened as otherwise when it was on percentage basis our college cut-offs were 96 percent minimum. Luckily now the benchmark is set on 90 and rest all on CUET score. Gari College has given endless memories!!

I obviously like every girl in India wanted LSR but 790 was the cut-off for LSR and for Gargi it was 772. I missed my mark by 6 numbers or percentile or else I would have been reviewing LSR currently.
