Remarks

Applies for KIT VIT And SRM not attending for covid, NO Quota, GENERAL candidate, 75-80% marks in 12th standard, The faculties are really helpful and look after overall development classrooms are big and college campus is really beautiful.

CSE is one of the most trending and likeable course in B.tech with a lot of opportunities Faculties are really knowledgeable and helpful provides a lot of attention and look after the overall development All teacher are of masters level and some PhD holders are also there and teachers from some IITs are there too there are 2 term exams and one final exam along with a practical test.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities

TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, IBM etc these companies offer internship as well as placements, off campus opportunities are always open and college help students in all possible ways, many projects and certifications have to be worked on during the college period, Selected candidates are awarded and they also have exchange programs.

All streams placement happens with CSE being the highest recommendation along with CSE, ECE, IT, ETC average package is 6 lakhs per annum, highest being 40 lakhs, lowest being 4.2 lakhs. Higher education opportunities are also available.

Fees and Financial Aid

Admission fees 92000 (1st term fee included and yearly fees is 70k(from 2nd term). Many scholarships opportunities are available to do check with the college counsellors. good marls in WBjee can also help a lot in this process.

Campus Life

Ectasia is the annual fest of UEMk with 50+ activities and many enjoyment opportunities, the library is a huge one with all kind of books available and can be issued any time, the classroom is well decorated spacious and projectors in all rooms, variety of sports opportunities available, drama, debate, dance, drawing, football, cricket clubs etc are available and are very active.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. College review

Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
