Remarks

I got admission to this college on a merit basis. I scored 89% in my 12th and got admitted to maitreyi .I have chosen this university because it is one of the best colleges on the South campus and transport is easily available from my home to college. Maitreyi college provides the best facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

I've chosen BCom because it is the best course for commerce. All the subjects gain knowledge of students. Teachers are highly qualified and hard-working. Term exams are held every six months and it is not so difficult to pass the exams.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, our college provides internship opportunities to the students. Both kinds of internships are provided.Companies like the education tree provide the opportunity for internships to the students. Most of the internships are unpaid. College provides internship both on and off-campus to the students

Placement Experience

So many placements and internships are offered to the students of the third year. Both internships are provided -paid and unpaid by the companies. The highest package is around 400000 and average 200000. Companies like Deloitte and is made an offer to the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the course are between 5000-6000 including exam fees for both the semester annually. The placement cell of the college provides jobs and internships in the best companies every year. The fees are not so high in maitreyi college as compared to other colleges of the university.

Campus Life

The annual fest of maitreyi college is rhapsody. The college union conducts the fest in Feb- March. It is one of the best fests on the South campus. Mostly all the books are available in the college library for all the courses. So many societies and clubs are run by the students of college of art and craft, fashion society, drama society, dance society and singing society, etc.

I have applied to aryabhatta College before Maitreyi College for Women. So comparison to this college Maitreyi colleges stands out on various aspects:- Before 2024 the admission process is entirely dependent on merit list and the cutoffs. But from 2024 the admission process changed and now Cuet Exam is mandatory. A valid score of cuet and 12 th class is required.
