The college is located in Kalyani which is close to Kolkata it's green and it's calm. The best thing about the medical profeesion is that you get to know about people you get to learn good stuffs of different varieties living close with your friends enjoying a good social life and the best thing the reputation and bright future. College is a government college with a minimal fees and great infrastructure teachers are good and well equipped with all facilities. The environment in Kalyani is good for studies.

In 2019 MBBS curriculum was Reformed and a new curriculum was started. Here medical exposure is great since it's a Government medical College patient exposure is adequate. Faculties are great and well qualified with great knowledge and proper training. In each department there are almost 7 to 8 faculties.

Every student that completes the course and completes its internship given an opportunity to work for the hospital as an resident medical officer. After that student opt for postgraduate courses after which the student completes its pgship.

We have gotten annual feast called Karizma. Singer from Bollywood performs and I have got an early sports event and many medical camps and which competitions are held. Every month there are seminarsbfor proper departments.

For meritorious students there are certain scholarships that are given by the government. And also there are scholarships for reserve candidates. Also certain kind of scholarships are given by backward classes welfare department for example Oasis.

Campus infrastructure is centrally air conditioned. All departments have got very good equipment. We have a very large auditorium very good library with all books required and it can be lended. Each and every department has got its own labs with well trained lab technicians and when equipped infrastructure.

There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Each hostel has its own canteen bathroom all well maintained and clean infrastructure is proper and well maintained.every floor has its own water supply for drinking purpose. People for cleaning purposes come every week.
