At Midnapore Medical College & Hospital, Medinipur, a government medical college, the MBBS tuition fee is very low, around INR 50,000-INR 56,000 for the entire 5.5-year MBBS course under the regular quota, including all semesters. This is the official fee set by the state/NMC. Management quota is not typical at pure government colleges like this
