Govt. University old University. Green environment mrng to evening classes. admission through jee main started in 2014 year.mine was second batch of jee main. independent University. all surrounded by greenery environment. Wifi facility available. water supply mostly time. All time electricity available

Average. not good. not bad. at starting. as mine batch was second batch of jee main. toh some sort of problms were there. to live in that particular environment. also this was the first time visit to Punjab and their culture. You can breath fresh air always. as their are farms also

Placement opportunities are. Still in progress.college is improving. day by day.year by year. Maybe in a year or two. college placement will be compared to nits. our training and placement department trying very hard. working very hard.

Campus Life what to say.from 1st to 3rd year. you have to live in 3 seater room. mess food is average. but available is always. As not everyone likes everything to eat. There is sac area where students can play indoor games.and gym

The placements at LPU are decent, the University provides placements to almost every student. The placement cell here is really very active. My plan after getting the degree is to join the corporate and work as a SDE or AI/ML engineer at MNC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding and math were the subject that influenced me to take this course we are introduced to python and c / c ++ which are the major languages used in the society for AI/ML. Teachers should be more friendly and try to undertsand the students's prospective also and not rush the syllabus we have our exams every regular month (STs and evaluations and end terms)

I don't like any curriculum in our college one day they kept mid and sem exams on same day to be frank my 1st completed in just 8 months I joined in Jan in August end it was completed my first year actually it should be completed in 1 year .

From 6th semester a student is eligible for the placements, companies like TAFE, CLASS, Mahindra and Mahindra and many others come for campus placements. The average package is of 5-6 lacs and the highest package, according to me was gone for john deere company at the price of 15 lacs per annum. The students have 80-90% chances of getting placements. I personally want to pursue my higher studies and work on my future preneurs.

I applied for several colleges and got selected for IIFPT Thanjavur and GGU Bilaspur but I wanted to study mechanical engineering and out of all options, this college was best known for its mechanical engineering course and lab facilities. I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college. To get into sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology, you have to give entrance exam and the cut off of the college generally goes around 130-140 for general category.
