I applied for two colleges for B. Tech lateral entry after diploma. HPTU and SLIET. But I opt SLIET Because sliet is center funded university / deemed university. Process Taking admission in SLIET through entrance exam Sliet set-3 for (lateral entry ) After entrance admission is giving on the bases of all India rank. Counselling process conduct for course Preference For lateral entry students on 10 seats in all India.

1) I choose electrical engineering because I am interested in field. I have also done diploma in same branch. 2) All the faculty are highly qualified , good behavior with students, cooperative. 3) All the exam, term exam conducted on time and according to academic calendar.

Every year many companies are conducted internship opportunities for the new intern and also give stipend. Like : Sabudha foundation, wipro, symphony etc Various projects are conducted according to companies. For eg : main purpose of the project are based on help community.

Fee structure of course are cheap and best. In first year I pay 64000 And next semester 31000 only. All scholarship give by center government and state are giving to students. Hostel facility is excellent. 1) conditions of rooms are good. Fee of hostel per year is unbelievable 3500 only and mess changes are take on monthly basis. 2) Meal experience is good, hygiene are maintained, cook and assistant are cooperative Over good???? 3) hostel option is given to students at time of admission. 4) Pg facility is also available near Institute.
