Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course provide here for engineering is B.E so it is basically more theory oriented. In terms of relevence the curriculum is quite old. Not up to date with the industry. It should be updated to meet contemporary demands of the industry.

Internships Opportunities

4

In terms of internships, college does not provide any internship support. Students have to manage things on thier own and all. College provides in house training at the time of 6th semester. Projects can be done professors as well but these are not monetary payable.

Placement Experience

2

So the college placements are a bit average honestly. Average in-hand package is around 4.5 lpa. Companies like L&T, Mahindra, JSW,Khanna Paper Mill visit for core. In CSE companies like Infosys, TCS and other not so big companies do visit.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for every semester is around 35000 and so the fees for 1 year is around 70000. Tuition fees is around 28000. Registration fees and admission fees combined was like 15000 rupees. Fees remains for all category students. TFW or tuition fees waiver is provided to 3,4 students per branch.

Campus Life

4

Campus is well-established with an area of around 450 acres. Its lush green and beautiful. In terms of campus life it is well and okay. One technical fest is there and one cultural fest called "Madhuram" is there and it is not great. The college provides a well built library where you can find all sets of books. Two sports ground are there and one gym and a yoga centre.

Hostel Facilities

4

In first and second year of college students get a three seater room. In third year single room is provided based on performance and in fourth year single room is alloted to all the students. Meal quality is quite average. Hostels can be booked at the time of semester registration itself.

Admission

ultimately it just boils down to the JEE rank and it is a government college a GFTI. It was quite economical as well. I got admission through JOSSA counselling. The Process was quite simple and easy as of any other college under JOSSA.

Faculty

4

The faculty to student ratio is quite good here. Teachers do get classes here. Professors are highly qualified. Most them have a good background in terms of their higher studies and research work. Most of them are working under projects of national importance as well.

Night Life

3

Night life here is quite dull. Hostels are shut down around 10 P.M and girls are not allowed to roam outside after 7 pm. The shops also gets shut down around 10 pm. Locality is rural as well so yeah not a good time be outside as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course curriculum as largely relevant and fairly comprehensive,. one of the main reasons i chose this course was the balance between conceptual foundations and practical exposure. the curricuum supports future academic growth since many of the modules introduce us to advance topics early, making it easier to explore research. some topics feel slightly outdated and could be aligned better with the current industry skills and technologies. the exam schedule is manageable, though sometimes multiple assessments happen in the same week or same day, ehich adds pressure . Spacing out evaluations a bit more and giving clearer rubrics could improve the overall experience
