College don't provide decent placement what it show in website. So be careful.

Btech in instrumentation and control engineering. it was 4 year course. I joined the course in 2008. The course groom me well to be ready for job. The practical class were done nicely so understand the theory. Not only that there were soft skill development training program for which we were charge rs 5000 by college. There were no industrial visit for the student.

Placement is not good in this college. If you are talented you will get job from on campus or off campus.

College organised many tech fest and fresher program. College project were assisted by faculty. The student of this college is very bright and they participated in many event off campus bn and win prizes for college. College have a foot ball team which win prizes in regular basis in events.

Fees structure is lowest compare to other. It provide full free and half free in fees for economically poor student. College have transparency in free structure. For the student who took education loan. They are also benefited. Fees were paid offline mode in that time.

No the college didn't provide scholarship opportunity. There were no such advertisement. but for engineering course I availed education loan. for this college provide all the details and fess structure so that I can provide it to bank. For semester fees college used to give a certificate to me stating that I am a student of the college required semester fees. and bank used to make demand draft on basis of that.

Gender ratio was nearly 20% girl for each class consisting 60 student. In some cases it is 5% also. girls are more in computer science and it. But there is no any political party interference in this regard. college is quite and clam. I noted that majority of the student were from kolkata as the college in proper kolkata area very few people like me outside Kolkata. As the was new and not well know so outside people didn't know about this college. Majority of the student came from good family means they are economically sound good. like other college the ration of outside students who used to live there in mess or room rent were few.

Senior were like friend and supportive and there were no ragging issue. They tried to help us in every aspect.

From WBJEE 2008. first counselling. i got admission. I opted for btech course thinking that it was new college that time so I thought I would get proper education and learning. and I came to know that the placement were good in very first batch when I joined the college in 2008. It was aided by govt of west bengal somehow. So there were trust factor.

Faculty were good and supportive. Experienced in teaching. There were highly qualified faculty from different subject but it need to mention that no one from actual background means if the course was instrumentation and control. No faculty is from that steam particular y. they were from electronic instrumentation etc. They didn't studies ice in their college. Ages of the faculty below 40 maximum.
