I have opted here through WBJEE. Not a good rank scorer I was , Si at End of moment I got admission here Through my WBJEE rank at IT department

Course structure is strictly Followed under West Bengal University of Technology. Which is a bit Backdated University. But we have no other option too. In WB only one and all University is WBUT. though Faculty here goes through it very well. They give their level best to students. Also college provides Well research facility to students. CIEM have a Innovation cell and a recently opened Palinoia club i.e. Tech club of College. Iam the 2nd Year representative of Palinoia

Yes college provides Internship. Even of Railways too. Just a student needs to show his/her best performance and a good reputation in College

Placement is Average here. Like 80% students will get Jobs here where Highest for Btech is 6LPA and Lowest 1.1 LPA and avg. is 3.1 LPA. Actually College doesn't Spends extra money to get over placement. That is why it's still a avg. Also big reputed companies Visited here

Fees structure Followed by WBUT. It's a Semi-Govt. College. Which offers Many scholarship scheme to Talented Poor students. Even upto full fee waiver scheme. Like The fees for general is 40000 to 44000 At one semester. Admission fees - Around 60000. College Management doesn't make any chaos for Fees payment. Tbey are very loyal

Yes College provides TFW scheme , West Beng waiver scheme , Minority Scheme. College Gives A fund for Minority, Also it's provide half and full fee To Talented Poor students.

Gender ratio are exactly not known to me but Its quite equal. No ragging Campus it is Guaranteed. Labs are well maintained, AC labs are there. Robotics workshop held in college by Shibpur faculties. Debate and quiz Competitions are there on every year. More than Photography Competition, Sports are all there

Truly speaking. College have no Hostel Facilities. Though they have Place for Hostel but they are not making. U can get flats , PG all around the Hostel. Many students came here from other states are living in this PG. Food quality is Good. Here in Kolkata u doesn't need to Worry about Food. Cheap and best ever. Expenses for PG or Flat may be like - 5000-6000/month (Including Electricity Bill ).

As per my knowledge College Have many alumni. One of my known senior from 4th Year have given gate and selected Through USA University. College have its own open journals. Which They Publish research papers of own Students. They provide money enough

Exam patterns are strictly Followed By wbut rules and Regulations :- For a semester - 1. Two Internals 2. Theory 3. Practical 4. Assignments 5. Viva More than 2 Invigilator Gurads during Exam. No way to Seek extra credits. Any electronics Gadgests except Calculator and Wrist watch are strictly Prohibited.

I was go through this college name on WBJEEB counselling list and Hence I selected through it. Like My choice filling was little bit wrong. I can get another colleges too. Though I hv no problem with CIEM. As This college top in 20 other private Colleges in West Bengal. Whole management and Faculty system is absolutely fine

More than 37% of Faculty are PHD and rest all are post graduated. Not only this. They are from Reputed college Like NIT, JU , IIT. I have no remembered that any of our college classes was missed. Always a backup teacher was there to take up the classes. Tbey are perfect for us
