Course Curriculum Overview

Our recent and future era is for electronics as well as data scince and data analytics so based on that our university put it in our curriculum so that it can help us in future this DSDA subject is mandetory for all, besides departmental subjects Such computer related course is mandetory for all branch in our college.

Placement Experience

Placement of our college is good, maximum of them are from IT background, so to get job in IT department everyone has to know how to code.

Like other college we celebrate our technical and cultural fest, 1st two years Isro came on our technical fest.In every year we want to create something new for our technical fest, Last few year we create drone, attendand check by a machine system, racing car.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our college fees is about 60k for tuition & 1000 for exam per semester, there are hidden charge like charge for technical fest, charge for cultural fest. If anyone not sudmit college fees within time then he or she may have to give fine for that.To relate other college it seems to be expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

If a student avail 80 percent or 90 percent Mark's in his or her HS exam then then he or she can avail scholarships from our college.

Campus Life

I am not sure about our gender ratio, labs are good, student can participate cricket, football, basketball, billiard. There are UEM MUN, student can participate there for that, no there are politics colours are there. There automobile workshop student can join there from 1st year.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes our alumni are helpful, some of them come in our college during our fest. RAGGING is not there in our college, relation between senior and us is good.

Admission

Though I gave joint exam, I also attend it's entrance exam, I peruse for ECE, I choose my college beacause of their good education system and also their good jobs and also their rules.1st of all student have to eligible to admit our college, then he or she have to fillup the form, submit fees then he or she can join.

Faculty

Faculties are good, they try to deliver their lecture, some of them are doctorate on their subject, student to teacher ratio is 1:2 in our college, some of them give their lecture such a way so that student can understand their subjects properly.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

So I take admission through WBJEE in IEM KOLKATA in B.tech in electrical engineering. So now I talked about eligibility criteria:- You should pass your +2 from any board with a maximum of 60% Admission in this college is 3 types WBJEE, JEE MAIN, IEMJEE all three forms you will get notified by college dunia if you have an account in it. So the IEM KOLKATA is one of the best private colleges in Kolkata and you can say in India also so the cuttoff goes very high you have to get minimum rank for this college. Review of My IEM University

When I was searching for the best college to get the admission, some people told me to try for Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) and after I got admitted to this college, I really understood that I selected the right college. I will always prefer this college because discipline is strictly obeyed in IEM and all the teachers are like parents. In 2019, admission was going on offline and it was held around the month of July. This year, due to covid pandemic, the admission process was held around the month of October and from 2nd November, online education started for the first year batch. According to me, the one and only bad aspect is that every semester, Rs. 65,000 is to be paid by each and every student to continue with their education which is quite high according to me.
