Remarks

The best decision I have made in my entire career is to join in the deemed college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Sciences: The college management prefers lab driven mode of teaching and in the case of arts they choose research type of methodology which enhances the real knowledge The difficulty of the examination is as similar to the graduation level of all the remaining colleges and it has one of the highest packages in the country.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement Cell of St Stephens College iniatates both Placements and Internships (it is entirely a student running body),first of its kind.

College Events

4.5

The college celebrates on of the biggest events in India known as HARMONY(The annual fest) When it comes to social events, St Stephens College organized blood donation once in 6 months, recently it also iniatated Stem Cell Donation and many more events as such.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It seems feesible when we compare the same to the remaining colleges either in the branch of science or arts. The college only accepts Net banking which is trying to promote digitalized India, The college strictly implements discipline in the college premises and hence I'd any student fails to abide by the instructions, it attains fee for the same.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am one the awardee of the prestigious Sumitomo Scholarship. College provides various basements henceforth we can able to apply the brightest scholarships of the world.

Campus Life

4

Being a top college of the country, it shows immense respect towards women children and hence it make sure that the gender ratio will be in the range of (1-2). Regarding to co curricular activities, our college has societies such as The Debating Society, The Quiz Club etc.

Hostel Facilities

4

Yes, Hostel rooms are a bit old looking buildings, but the management of the college succeeded in making the infrastructure to the highest level possible. Even in the months of March, April college make sures that the residents of the college hostel should not suffer with suffocativeness.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, there will be numerous students help us in both academics and extra curricular activities. College runs nearly 60 socities

Admission

In the last week of April, they will release the cutoff required to get into the college, later there will be a entrance test followed by an interview which consists of a panel of 6 members Finally, the results will be declared in the month of May(tentatively last week) which also includes waiting list students.

Faculty

4.5

College provides the best staff not just for the senior lecturers but also for the junior lecturers. Basically colleges in North India prefers to teach in Hindi language but due to the diversity in the college they only choose to teach in English and make the students excel in both the languages.

Almost 100% as our course students dont have to do much as getting to this college is enough. Our economics society and placement cell both work so hard to get the best companies here and that is why placements at St, Stephen's are amazing not just of our branch but overall as well.

Placement Experience:

As i'm a 1st year student I'm not very into placements as my course is BA and irrespective of the college very few students are able to get placement for having a BA degree but I've heard from seniors and read some reports after doing some research that Ur able to be in the placement after ur 5th sem , furthermore the courses which usually gets the placement involves B.COM , BA Economics hons , BA Pol Science and History hons in NITI AAYOG or for BSC. I think Mathematics or statistics hons caters to the placement part the highest placement last year was 36.50 LPA offered while the average was 10.40 LPA which is seemingly impressive though there's a 90% placement rate in BCOm which is one of the highest in entire DU and more than 50% of ECO hons students too get placed while a few from POLSCience AND history too gets placed as societies have played an imp role too mainly by the DISHA one which offers valuable internships .... well my plan after getting a degree is a secret which I'M not comfortable in sharing so I hope u respect that but my friends in the same course plans to opt for Higher studies i.e MA then maybe PHD , ya others are planning for typical govt . exams thinking that they would clear UPSC . all the best to them the companies which I heard from seniors who were placed that came to college was ACCENTURE , DELOITTE , KPMG AND ig HDFC too was there ...
