Remarks

The senior are very helpful to the junior in the college and they are ready to help you in each and every activity and they also helps you to solve your problems and they are ready to help you in each and every step. The extra curricular activities are very well organized and students participate in each and every activity of the college it also organise the ramp walk in cultural festival and Also organizes the quiz competition and many more.

Our college got established in year 2016 so the student didn't get placed.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is like for CSE And ECE the annual fees is 12000. And for EE ME CE 6000 as it is a government funded technical institute so the fees are very low.

The scholarships offered by this college are SwamI Vivekananda, Merit Cum means, OASIS, and if a student belongs to the minority communities they can also avail scholarship from this college.

Hostel infrastructure is awesome food quality is very good. And you will also find here badminton court vollyball ground and every one can play indoor games like table tennis and carrom kept in the club house.

I got admission in this college by clearing the wbjee entrance exam which is conducted by the West Bengal joint entrance board I got a general merit rank of 13701 and currently I am in the department of the electronic and communication engineering.

Good- Engineering College Review

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem.tcs,infosys,ctz. The highest package is 7 lakh. Avg is 4 lakh. 80 to 90 percent. Do a job in its company. This is my opinion in placement review. TPO cell is good. and give facilities to the student.

Campus Placements of students used to happen but because of the pandemic we are here giving offline placements and preparing from online classes. As far as I know, 50% of my classmates have got placed at different companies with a good package. One of the students got placed at Glassgow Scotland with a package of around 30LPA. The average percentage required to get placed in any company is like 60-70%. I am preparing for Govt job exams and also for different IT companies. All you need is hard work, self-study, and consistent effort so that you can fulfill the company's requirements.

Remarks:

The course I have opted for has one of the best faculties in this college over West Bengal. We have 2 Ieee student society in this college in which students can easily be part of and enhance their skills. The placement cell of our college is highly reputed as they always bring in the best companies for campussing. (Including core companies). We have excellent lab facilities where we can work upon our projects. From this college numerous students have participated in hackathons( including national levels) and bagged prestigious positions. We have an MHRD facilitated research lab.

Honest Review about RKMGEC Purulia

The admission process through WBJEE is relatively simple. At first you have to get a decent enough rank in WBJEE examination (mine was 6800 GEN Quota) and then fill up the correct preference order during counseling. The infrastructure of this college is under development. One should not expect much facilities here because the college was established in 2016 and the first batch has not passed out yet.
