Course Curriculum Overview
The increasing demand of computer science and engineering day by day was one of the influencing decision to choose this course.The course curriculum can be more detailed oriented and application based. The internals happens per month and the every semester is about 6 months. The level of exam is moderate to difficult.
Placement Experience
As it is a new college which was established in the year of 2016, the placement scenario is not very good. The students of the batch 2021 to 23 got good placements, but placement have to be improved very much
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise tuition fee is 12000 and the hostel fees is 26000 nearly. The scholarships given by the central government and the state governments are available like svmcm, pragati, Oasis etc. and there is also the tuition fee webs scholarship available for those who are not eligible for a scholarship any other scholarships. The total fees during admission was 10328 in the year of 2021
Campus Life
Campus life it's not so good and the range and accessibility of books and generals available in the library is medium. The facilities of technology provisions with in the classrooms are good. The annual technical cum cultural fest happens yearly and annual sports also happens yearly.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility or the rented accommodation is very good. But the meal quality is not good. In the girl sister for girls in a room and the boys hostels are three boys in a room. Only accommodation and male is provided in the hostel.
Admission
I applied in in the Government engineering colleges only and I cut conferred admission in this college. I choose this college over the others because I got the confirm admission in it. And if I tell about the admission process of this college, then I have to say this is a Government engineering College which is affiliated to AICTE and students can take admission through WBJEE counseling only and for these students have to qualify the wbt exam and have to secure a particular rank to get admission
Faculty
The college is under the makaut university so the course curriculum is as per the makaut syllabus and the exams also happens as per makaut routine. There are 8 internals and 2 semester exams per year. In my department which is computer science and engineering, almost all faculties are good enough by their degree and also good professors. They are helpful too.
Night Life
There is timings for only girls hostel and no timings for the boys hostel. The locality is not safe to roam around at night. Not a single facility is available during night. The library closed before 4pm and the gym closed before 7 p.m
