Good education and job only if you want a college like Ashram

Education is a good but strict discipline at this age is really harassing and frustrating.

See, if you are in CSE and ECE, you will find lots of competition as students number is too much in these two streams. The exam is good. Studies in classes also good if you are a good taker. But their 'discipline's are too much pain. You can not take off from any period or any day. if you found at the canteen or anywhere outside your class without tiffin period teachers will come and hand you to the HOD.

Yes, it's good. Pretty good than other universities in this market. Previous year 70% of 2000 students got placed. Some even got the offer from 4-5 companies.

This is the worst part. We don't do that here. No function no star performer. Everything is organized by the college at our fest inside the college where only students and teachers perform. Such boring. Any event or fair everything is inside the building except outdoor games like cricket and football. As we dont have enough ground to play this takes outside and it's the only thing interesting among all events.

Fees structure is okay. It has gone higher for next years. Today it's almost 80k per semester. We have an online payment option so no struggle now. Before we had the struggle of going to the bank for payment and it was a huge problem. Examination fees before an exam are 1000 and if you have suppli then 800 extra for any number of suppli.

The student number is huge so make sure to make friends or you have to suffer alone the rest of the years cause they eventually form groups and hardly mess with others. Ac Canteen is there but not much space. Not so much yummy foods, and a bit expensive for students. You can't go and have food outside during college hours. Sports are good, many even participate.

My batch was the first batch of this university so unfortunately, I don't have this experience. But we have a personal website from which you can have all the assignments and notes solved.

I sat both for wbjee and jee main. I got here by my rank in jee main in 2015. The admission process was smooth and well mannered. I chose cse because i found this stream for a better chance to get a job. There are a lot other options too like Mechanical, electrical, biotech, ece, eee, civil and all are good.

Faculties are good. Some of them are quite friendly sometimes. But most of them are too professional. They will scare you all the time to get failed or not being able to seat in exams ane all. They sometimes humiliate you. I had one of that kind of experience. That teacher called my parents in front of me and insulted them because I did not attend his period that day and made me do sit-ups in front of all teachers in the faculty room and also forcefully made me write my rustication letter.
