Model engineering college

In kerala there are 2 syllabus for engineering. CUSAT and KTU. Our college is under KTU. In KTU basically there are 6 papers and 3 labs for each semester.Each paper has 6 modules. For each paper there will be two internals and one university exam.

Our college has a good history in placement. Each year more than 100 Companies are recruiting their employees from our college. Our college has its own placement cell and training cell. They will provide necessary classes for placement and interviews.

The main event is tech fest. It is called excel. It is organized every year. Its 2nd technical event in india. So many pre events like failx, tedx, Issues are organized as part of excel. Also there are college arts and sports.

For each semester there will be a fee of 35000 for those who secured admission under merit quota and a fee of 65000 for management quota. No other expenses apart from college fee. There is also an NRI quota and it has fee above 1lakh per semester.

Our college alumini will provide a scholarship called xmec scholarship to those who are good at there studies. They will select 12 students from an year and give them a scholarship of 20000. It will be selected every year based on their academic performance.

Our college has a big ground. After class most of students spent time by playing in ground. Our college also has volleyball court badminton court and basketball court.For those who are interested in sports college provide a great opportunity.Also our college has many labs. All labs are well occupied with each and every equipment.

There is only mens hostel. There is no ladies hostel. Mens hostel is very good and it can occupy more than 150+ students.Its very need and clean. It has a security.Hostel also has mess. Hostel is very cheap.

Our college has a good alumni. They are very helpful.They will select 12 students from each year who are good at their academic and give them a scholarship called xmec scholarship.They give an amount of 20000.

Our college is under KTU. So we should under an entrance exam called KEAM. Based on KEAM rank I got admission in this college. Based on keam rank there is an allotment process. Basically there are 3 allotments. After 3 allotment there is a spot admission process. Through these allotment we can get admission in our college.

Very good faculty.Each and every faculty are highly qualified. They are very dedicated and each one has a good helping mentality. We can ask for their help any time. Basically there are 4 departments. EEE, EC, CS, Biomed. So there are more than 100 faculty.
