Which is better for CSE: NIT Hamirpur or NSIT/DTU?

NIT Hamirpur is ranked 60th by the NIRF while NSUT is ranked 76th and DTU ranked 36th amongst the top engineering colleges in India. Computer Science is one of the most sought-after branches and attracts lucrative offers. DTU and NSUT are considered amongst the best institutes to pursue CSE.
