I would personally recommend going for B.Tech in Electrical Engineering at DTU and then attempting JEE again next year. You likely secured a good rank in JEE (around 5000, I think), so you have the skills to crack it again with an even better score.

P.S.-- My situation was similar. I had options like NSIT CS and IITD Biotechnology. I chose NSIT CS, prepared for JEE alongside, and ended up cracking it this year with a solid rank of 2300. NOW, I’m pursuing B.Tech at IIT GUWAHATI, and being in an IIT is an incredible experience!
