The admission process for the DSE MBA program involved completing an online application, which included providing personal details, academic transcripts, and relevant documents. Additionally, I took the CAT, where the application process required submitting the exam scores and fulfilling any specific criteria outlined by the DSE MBA admission committee. The cut-off for the entrance exam was determined by the committee based on the overall performance of applicants.
To get started on the admission process, I had to apply through the online portal of the website that require me to pay Rs. 2000 at the official website and apply for the MBA program. I had fixed my target as of this university ever since I used to be in high school. I developed this desire of joining this start for my MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. I had to work very hard as the admission here is done on an advantage basis and the cut-off goes considerably high.
Applied candidates were firstly shortlisted by the institute as per CAT score and past academic records. The selected candidates were called for the Interview in which a panel of judges examined the candidate through different ways. The overall performance in all the rounds was referred for final selection of students. And the admissions got confirmed only after the confirmation from university.
Firstly the candidates were shortlisted as per their academic records and their score in CAT score. The shortlisted candidates were then called for Interview round an the final selection was based on the overall performance in these rounds. The admissions got confirmed after the confirmation from the university.
Delhi School Of Economics is famous for its MBA programme. The fees is extremely low and hence offers a good ROI . Placements records of 90% are ensured in the college. CAT Score, Xth marks, XIIth marks, Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Extempore are valued during admission.
I had set my target at this university ever since I was in high school. I developed this desire of joining this institute for my MBA after my father told me that he always wanted to study here along his friends but couldn't get selected even after trying for 2 years and that day I made up my mind and decided to fulfill my father's wish on his behalf. And for that, I had to work very hard the admission here are done on merit basis and the cut-off goes somewhat high. To start the admission process, I had to apply through the online portal of the website that cost me INR 2000 as I applied for an MBA program.
during the process there was a GD and interview,In the GD I was asked a question on "uniform civil court and during the interview process there was a topic extempore speech speech at the beginning.I was basically asked for work experience and basically my graduation, which I had done civil engineering as my graduation. they have asked me certain questions on technical life.
In the group discussion (GD) we were given a topic related to recent events. For me I got a topic related to common code about the government. In the Personal interview (PI), basically I was asked about my academics and why I wanted to join this college and other basic questions. The interview process was not that tough and GD was also normal.
The Admission process here is the candidate have to first appear for CAT and clear the entrance criteria of the college. It is set to 93.25% usually for general category and they also need to fill the form of the college which is open only till 1st week of January. The candidate have to keep an eye on the college website as well as on the DU website or any social media for any updates. Then the candidate gets a call from GTMPI, once they have fulfilled all the criteria of college. The GTMPI process happens in the month of march and we get the final result in April. Then the candidate can join the college.

The Department of Commerce (DU) intakes students for its MCom. course on the basis of CUET(PG) from academic year 2023-24 onwards. To get an admission, you’ll have to fulfill the eligibility criteria, and give the CUET (PG) for MCom. You can visit the official website of CUET for the detailed exam syllabus.
On the other hand, the Delhi School of Economics does not offer an MCom. degree. Instead, you can opt for the MA (Economics) program. The admissions for the same are done through merit (only for DU students) and CUET PG. Your score in the past qualifying exam will also be considered during the selection process.
