Internship opportunities here are very limited. ICICI bank offered the highest stipend of Rs 1,70,000 for 2 months. Other companies like EY offered Rs 60000, LDC Rs 80000, and MTR foods offered rs 80000.

Summer Internship Placements are still going on. But many students got placed at good positions as of now. But still internship placements are bit down as compared to Final Placements. Considering the trends, it is expected to improve consistently.

During the positioning, I was aided by the dedicated Corporate Relations Group which worked unceasingly for us to bring companies to the campus for Internships, Live Tasks, and Final Positions. Some of the prominent recruiters include Deloitte, Reliance Sectors, Genpact, Info advantage, Amazon, Infosys, Struktur Power, Godrej and so on. Considering the fees that I experienced paying and the placement bundle that I obtained, the ROI was pretty high! Simply by paying only around Rs.16000 per year, I now earn 18 lakhs and one of my batchmates even got a bundle of 24 lakhs.

I was not able to opt for the round for internship due to some health issues. That is why I don't have any individual experience about the round.But,my friends helped me to get the best industrial work exposure by sharing their industrial experience and knowledge with me. It was very beneficial for my overall growth.

I always wanted to have the real time exposure of industrial working and my wish got fulfilled by the internship round. I got a good offer, having a time duration of 8 weeks and the stipend offered to me was INR 30000. This time period was very beneficial for my overall growth & development.

DSE has its Final Placements and Summer Placements on a good track. In the placement season 2018-19 of MBA - HRD programme Highest CTC was INR 27.50 LPA, Average CTC was INR 10.68 LPA and Median CTC was INR 10.33 LPA. In the summer placements of 2018-20, the average and median stipend stood at INR 63,000 and INR 45,000. The highest stipend was INR 1,70,000. Summer internships are basically with startups and we get a lot more information to learn with startups. So most of the students get internship offers easily without any issues. Stipend for summer internship is around INR 15,000 - INR 20,000 and highest can be INR 30,000 - INR 40,000 for two month period June to july.

We have renowned recruiters like ICICI, HDFC, Quora, Relaxo. They offer various domains we get 40% is about sales and marketing background and rest consist of consultants and operations etc. domains. We generally get of every domain. The highest package offered is between 16 -18 LPA. The average package is generally between 9 ?ÛÒ 10 LPA. The summer placements are very huge. Many companies approach for summer placements like the startups. Every student gets summer placement before the year end and one company can take many students. The stipend is 50 ?ÛÒ 60k is the average for summer placement. The median s 40k for a month and the summer placements is very good here.
