Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 years Full-time B.Sc Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:

10+2 or equivalent (PCM-60% and a minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th / 12th Examination.)
In case of SC/ST candidates there will be a 5% relaxation in eligibility marks; however, it will not apply to English marks.
Maximum age limit Male: (a) General: 25years (b) OBC (NCL): 28 years (c) SC/ST: 30 years
Maximum age limit Female: (a) Gen: 27 years (b) OBC (NCL): 30 years (c) SC/ST: 32 years

Entrance Exam:

Candidates must qualify IMU CET Entrance exam.

Course Details

Admission Registration Fee of Rs. 10,000/- (Non-refundable) is charged once at the time of admissions from all candidates admitted either to IMU Campus or Affiliated Institutes.
Candidates seeking admission to IMU Campuses will be required to pay the First Semester Fees (in full) and Caution Deposit of Rs. 20,000/- at the time of Certificate Verification, failing which the Candidate will be deemed to be a drop out.

The total fee structure for this course is 825000 Rs for 3 years which include hostel and other facilities.The scholarships given in the college are very less and not that promising.The scholarship given are mainly for girls

The total amount of the BSc nautical science is 825000 which includes hostel fee,mess charge, laundry, tution fee etc. College does provide a scholarship for the students belonging to sc and st category.

The campus it bit old but as it is said old is gold and also small

My fee was 225000 yearly which include hostel and mess now the fee is 275000 yearly My complete fee will be 675000 and exam fee are excluded these you have to pay per semester exam There were scholarships earlier for everyone but now the scholarship are only for girl cadets

I liked the library books peace and faculty is simple no bias
Hostels are fine places the washroom is clean

Fees and Financial Aid:

It is increasing by 225000 per year for batch 2020-2023. During COVID they charge us for the hostel food laundry. They charge girls for barber service and do not allow them to get haircuts from barbers. I got a scholarship so I was covered many of my batchmates took loans. Placement is good

Per year they charge 2.25 lakh and it is of 3 years course so you have to pay 6.75 lakhs including examination fees and they have a huge slots of scholarships from Rank 1 to 25. Rank 1 in the semester examination will able to secure 1 lakh rupees.

The fees is quite decent when compared to other private marine training institutes. cadets have to pay 225000 fees every year along with exam fees and admission fees. All the other charges of food , accomodation and trips are included in semester fees.

Fees and Financial Aid:

To be eligible for scholorship you have to be in top 50 in university exam the first ranker is paid INR 100000 and next 24 are paid 75000 and the student ranked from 25 to 50 are paid 50000. The schlorship amount is paid in the parent account by college.No form is to be applied for schlorship only you have to do is to be in top 50 in university.
