- MCC has announced a Special Stray Vacancy Round for NEET UG Counselling 2024 for admission to the vacant All-India Quota MBBS/BDS/B.Sc Nursing seats. The last date for online choice filling and locking for the Special Stray Vacancy Round is November 22, 2024 (8 AM). The Seat Allotment Result will be released on November 23, 2024 @mcc.nic.in. Candidates who will be allotted a seat will have to report to the allotted institute from November 25 to November 30, 2024 (5 PM).

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility for full-time MBBS course is mentioned below:
- Candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Candidate must have secured 50th for General and 40th for SC/ST & OBC candidates, percentile in NEET.
- The lower age limit is 17 years on or before 31st Dec.
- The upper age limit is 25 years (30 yrs for SC/ST/OBC category).
Admission Guidelines
The candidates can register online through the official website of the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. Given below are the steps for the application process:
- Register on the official website of the university.
- UG admissions will be based on NEET scores obtained.
- Attend NEET West Bengal State counseling.

- The college offers almost all medical degrees including MBBS and various postgraduate & postdoctorate courses. The college offers best education via practical learning through clinical rotations in various departments in the hospital.
- The faculty is generally good and experienced with some who are excellent as professors. The faculty are helpful and interactive. They are also supportive of students who want to engage in some research work.
Dislikes
- As the campus is small there is no such happening campus life.
- The campus is after all a public hospital so it lacks cleanliness.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The year wise fees is ?9000. At the time of admission ?1000 is charged as admission fees and another ?1000 is charged as registration fees. Along with this ?2000, 6 months of fees is charged which sums up to ?4500 and later during the course of 1st yr rest ?4500 is to be paid. From 2nd yr onwards only ?9000 is charged as tuition fees. Additionally fees is charged for the university examinations which takes place at the end of completion of every year- for 1st yr ?1800 was charged. For registration of the candidate in the university ?4000 is charged which is a one time fees. No scholarship is provided by the college itself but students( of West Bengal domicile) can apply for scholarship schemes such as SVMCM which provides scholarship of ?60,000 pa to MBBS students as of 2024. Therefore, the whole course fee for 5½ years is ?45,000. Additional fees is charged for examinations as mentioned earlier.

- College infrastructure and each and every department of healthcare system is present.
Dislikes
- There is no ground for sport.so we cannot easily play sport in our college for sports we depends others college ground.
- Our hostel is not in our campus.we come college through walking 10 minutes .during rainy season its problemmetic.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Fees in our college is very less.total 9 sem is present and only 4.5 k is needed per semester. Which is the most affordable course in india i think . Also scholarship available like SVMCM, ailkshree etc..after completion of course most of them getting housestaffship in their college.

- Quality of teaching, infrastructure,library, senior junior relationship
- Professors teach very well. Quality of lectures provided are too good
Dislikes
- First year girls hostel is a dormitory. Rooms are always better. Dormitory is dirty and not maintained. Bathrooms are also dirty.
- Campus is small as it was a private college earlier
Fees and Financial Aid:
It's a government college so fees is very affordable. During admission they take 4500Rs in all total including tuition fees. Semester fee is 3000 Rs. So all total around 12K per year for 4.5 years. Scholarships are given to EWS and NCL category . Example ---Swami Vivekananda scholarship . It is 60,000 per year.

- The Faculty of almost every department is very helpulf and very experienced in their respective fields.
- The Library and Auditorium are one of a kind.
Dislikes
- There is no separation of hospital and college so, student's have no privacy during hospital hours.
- As the patient load is huge and space is limited , it's a bit too crowded here.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Tution fee is very moderate ( ?35k for whole 5.5yr of course) considerin the crores of fee taken by pvt. Medical colleges. Financial aid is available for students . They are provided by the WB government so details are available on their website. Internship begins at the end of Final year , and the student's are paid 29k p.m. And at the end of MBBS course as per Merit list Student's are employed by the college Hospital with pay around 55k p.m And if you are not Preparing for you Post graduate exam you get a pay of around 1-2 lacs p.m working for pvt. Hospitals.

Tution fees are constant as it's fixed by government. Complete cost is around 15000 college fee and other expenses around 60000 per yr. There's government scholarship likes Vivekananda scholarship around 60000 per yr Job's are not campus responsibility after MBBS u can apply house staffing and during internship stipend around 30000

The fee structure is according to semester system. There are 9 semester in that course, with 4500 rupee, in each semester. There are some scholarships like SVMCM, oysis, and some others. Student may apply for that.

- The ambiance is nice with many places with air conditioning
Dislikes
- The campus is too small and it lacks many amenities like playground for football or any other sports
- The patient load is huge and due to this reason the patients don't have any waiting place and end up gathering around the gates or sit on the footpath

Fees is pretty affordable as all other medical colleges by government and also people can apply for various government aided scholarships depending on which applicable to them. With the low fees and scholarship included it becomes easier financial for students.

- A ground to play football and other sports is missing in campus.

Fees are 750 per month, which amounts to 4500 every 6 months, or 9000 per year. No such news of fee hike policy is known to the reviewer. Scholarships can be availed from various benefactors. For WB students, the SVMCM is one such scholarship of note, along with others from Reliance Foundation and so on.

There is no fee hike. Cost of study-9000 per year.the govt. Sponsored for the education, so the fee structure is such low. Students get SVMCM scholarships for their studies. There are also so many scholarships for the study of students.
