- College is newly built so everything is neat and clean. All electronics are functional
- Form its 5th floor the nearby sea is visible i.e a part of bay of Bengal
- Its location. Theres a small island type lake with migrant birds
Dislikes
- Sometime internet connection is very poor
- Very dusty area with small particles in air
Admission:
I have chosen this college due to 3 main reason
1. This college is near from my home town
2. My close relative stay here . They can help me whenever in need
3. My father is very well khown to this area.

- Lab equipments are up to date , and lab classes held regularly
Admission:
Eligibility : Neet ug cutoff for the college has to be cleared
Admission process : as per wbmcc schedule and notices
Admission experience: please visit the college website , print all the required proformas in the required format , and produce before the college authorities along with your documents . Process will be seamless if you have everything ready . Student section is very active .

- Infrastructure almost complete with required facilities
- Management is very good as it is new college
Dislikes
- It is a peripheral college 60 km from Kolkata
- Tough for non Bengali students initially
- Some buildings are still under-construction
Admission:
I also got a college from my state but chose this one taking the benefits from this college as it has no service bond after course completion but a seat leaving bond is present of 1 lakh
The admission procedure is also very easy.

- Easy accessibility to KOLKATA and other peripheral distructs via direct buses and local trains
- Much better hostel rooms, class rooms and auditorium than older medical colleges.
Dislikes
- Politics and students unions exercise great influence. However, on the path to change.
- Construction work undergoing in almost full campus making it difficult to have a peaceful time
- Senior Junior relationship strained with a weak alumni bond
Admission:
In terms of all the colleges available to me on my score, i chose DHGMCH because of
1. Better infrastructure as compared to older gvmt college
2. Proximity to the city Kolkata hence accessibility to airport, station etc
3. Good sex ratio in boys : girls and lesser no of students providing more scope for individual attention

Admission:
My admission to this college was through aiq quota through counseling of neet UG exam. I belong to obc quota but that is not applicable in central counseling so I didn't get any reservation benefit. The application form and application fees are all found in the college.

I wanted to be a doctor. It is my dream. So I choose this course. And as for this college, I like it's position. It's near Kolkata. It has a wonderful transit and well connected with places and also well developed and near the bank of a river.
