KPC Medical College and Hospital is the first state-of-the-art private medical college in the state of West Bengal. It was established in 2006. KPC Medical College and Hospital was the first private-public-partnership model (PPP) medical hospital in West Bengal. Dr. Kali Pradip Chaudhuri established it on the premises of Dr. K. S. Roy TB Hospital, which Dr. K. P. Chaudhuri also started. KPC Medical College and Hospital is affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences.
