- Intense academic pressure. The syllabus is very vast and constant studying is important
- Frequent exam , item , test , viva add to the stress
- Lack of free time due to tight schedule. Pressure of study will buried your dreams
Internships Opportunities:
After 4.5 years you will have to do intership in kpc hospital and beleghata hospital for one year and in present situation the stipend is around 18k. You will learn about many things related to patient care , you have to visit opd , ICU etc .

1year of internship offer is given to the students after completing 4.5 yrs of MBBS course....
They are to provide services in the hospital and are paid a substantial amount as stipend.. Which is a low as compared to govt clolleges

the college provides internships for it's mbbs graduates, which is mandatory as per NMC regulations.this internship is for the practical training of students to become experienced clinicians. stipend paid is 13000 per month

As internship is already included in the academic course for the last year of the curriculum, there is no need to work for it in that sense. We have internship program in our own hospital attached with the college, in Beleghata ID and in Subhasgram block primary health centre

Likes
- Biochemistry department is probably the most caring of all. They live for the students. Excellent teachers with treat students like students.
- You can make it a second home only if you have enough perseverance.
- Hostel community is pretty well knit. They take care of each other.
Dislikes
- Some of the faculty members with their archaic idea of book definition.
- The student cell makes life miserable, that takes no responsibility of informing the students regarding anything.
- The labs aren’t always properly equipped or maintained.
Internships Opportunities:
After you finish doing 4 yrs of MBBS course you have to do a compulsory internship for 6 months where you have to put your skills to work that you have learned over the course of 4 yrs. The stipend is peanuts considering the amount of course fee MBBS generally entails but at least you can brag to your parents that now you can afford your own bike fuel. Pretty smashing.

In internships you are posted in hospital where you have to work. It is for one year where a student's practical skills are checked. Stipend is given which is around 20000 to 25000 pe rmonth. Students work under senior doctors.

The college gives us the opportunity to work as an intern in the attached hospital and give the stipend of 20,000 per month which is not that bad. The footfall in the college is great which means more exposure as the number of cases is huge per day.
