JGEC Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

From 4th year the students become eligible for on campus placements. Few companies that visited are BEL which offered 12lpa , wtw which also offered 12lpa , TCS which offered 9 lpa highest, and many more . Highest package offered this year was 54lpa by Microsoft (off campus) . On campus highest was BEL which offered 12 lpa , the average package is around 8 lpa . My plan is to prepare myself for government exams and get a job by the end of my 4th year .

In term of comprehensive it covers all the Cse Subject that's the piller of computer science.and it also covers the subjects for GRADUATE aptitude test.so syllabus is quite vast for 4 years but backdated in front of todays technology

There is good placement opportunity in college.The average placement is 7 lpa , and the mass recruiters visit the campus for placement. This year the psu also visited our campus for the placement. The core branch has 90 percent placement and the non core branch has 70 percent placement

The placements of a college a quite good the code department gets approximately 90% on campus placement and the non code department gets almost 70% placement the average package is also 6 lakhs the highest package that was offered last year was 45 lakhs and there are internship also available and some of the students have completed internships with very good companies like Google Microsoft etc.

I think course curriculam is quite good. All of the required equipment is available so you don't have to worried for lab experiment. A lot of new thing is explored form the lab . As well as digital experience for learning is also well structured

Students eligible for campus placement in 7th semester of the final year. No of IT and core company visit every year to offer students with a average package vary from 4lpa -7lpa.Highest package is 25 lpa in CSE department. Around more than 70% students are getting placed.

I love mechanics and very opportunity to placed so I choose mechanical engineering. 2 times internal exam in 1 semester. Audio and video vitual class are very good. Our department question paper are not tough.

The college boasts good placement stats.. with the highest package being of 83 lakh from atlassian (atleast this is what i have heard). Core placements are really really good. However this year...non core placements have taken a backstand with very little placements. Hoping for this situation to improve next year
