Good College For ROI

Likes

The college campus. as the campus is too clean and beautiful with greenery.
All the clubs of the college for extra activity and educational purpose.
College Faculty. Faculty are so good and so experianced.

Dislikes

The Infratucture. as the college is too old so the infrastructure is very old.
The internet speed because for heavy use it will having laging.
Breaksfast at hostel because there is no breakfast.

Placement Experience:

Placement are also good the avg package are around 6 lakh for overall all branches but for CSE and IT the average package increases to 8 lakh per annum and the placement ratio is also good means for CSE & IT its about 100%.

The placement scenario in the college is good. Almost all the students are placed through campus placement. Last year placement percentage is around 80 percent. There are many companies which recruit likes L & T , tata power, itd cementation, voltas , hpl , Bengal beverages Pvt Ltd etc.

Likes

Almost Zero "Physical" Harrasment in terms of Ragging, compared to many other engineering colleges.
Serene and Peaceful Environment with Lots of Greenery
The Basic Placement Assistance and Surity in our Department

Dislikes

Poorly Maintained Infrastructure and Very Little Fundings for Laboratories and other improvements
The curriculum taught often misses a lot of should-be-covered topics as per AICTE guidelines.
The less strictness in terms of attendence and discipline of the students.

Placement Experience:

Campus Placement formally starts from the 7th semester... In our department, around 85-90% get placed by the 4th year considering both on- and off- campus placements. Others may opt for higher studies or go for start-ups, etc. There's usually a record of companies such as Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Media.net, NetMeds, Amazon, Aakash and few others visiting the campus for recruitment processes.

Also the teaching methods of the teachers is very unique and good. Which is more helpful for the student

6th ,7th and 8th semesters students are also eligible for campus placement. And some of the students get pre placement letter in their internship time. A lots of very famous companies are visited and give a large package for joining with them. In the last year the highest package was 65 LPA off campus, 27 LPA on campus. And also the average package is 9.5 to 10 LPA. In the last year data also placed 99% student.

All about JGEC

Likes

I like the teacher student relationship. Here you never feel alone.If you have no friend.Teachers are always with you to help.Seniors are also very helpful.After an interval of time they will be like a friend even better an elder brother of you.
I like the friend circle.Friends are also very helpful cooperative.If you don't understand a particular thing,your friend will help you to understand.
The campus is very big and lots of playgrounds are available here.

Dislikes

Hostel rooms are not good. The rooms are small in size and especially the bathroom is very dirty and it emits bad smell.
The foods provided in hostel is not good in taste and health also.The amount of food is provided to the student is very low which can detoriate your health.
You can face certain amount of ragging here in first year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because this gives us more benifit in terms of getting a job in product based company like google ,amazon etc.Also i have a goad to be the best coder of India.So i choose IT. Faculty : student the ratio is like:- 1:30 All of the faculty is well educated . Most of them have completed phd and have done masters in their domain. First year exams are very easy but in second year it is too tough to score a good cgpa in semester exam.So you have to be enough serious to get 8+ cgpa.

The campus is too good and clean which like most
Teachers are very helpful, they try to solve all your doubts.
The friends I got in this college are the not just my friends they all are my family members.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I am very passionate about engineering so I choose this course. The faculties are very helpful. They tech you politely. Every faculties are well educated . They all are completed their studies from rebound institute.

I am studing in 3rd semester i wrote those things that i have experienced from last 1 year.

Likes

JGEC Infrastructure and course currilculam is very good.
College campus is very big. Campus located outside the locality area.So enviroment is quite silence.
Faculties are well educated and always helpfull.

Dislikes

Hostels are very old and located 2 km from college area.
Campus area do not used properly. Most of the area filled by bushes.
Hostels meals is not good.Food quality is poor.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placement. Companies, visited to our college are TCS,L and T,Wipro,Cognizent etc Different companies offers different package, avg package you can expected 7 to 8 LPA. JGEC placement percentage 82%,it varies year by year. After getting BTECH degree i want to appear in GATE exam and going to higher studies.
