Good friends got from this college and good canteen, college is hostel is good
The teachers are well qualified and are good to approach.
A student got 3 offers.30% of the students got job.need to get a job.its better for my future.i like to work.my aim is to get good work.iam excited to.

Dislikes

Also the placements do not provide adequate salary packages. Mostly civil engineering companies hire employees with a low package. Also the time after Covid-19 breakout was of recession. Hence I think that also might be a problem.
Its all about study leave doesn't get time to study.The students are geting stressed of it.
There is no separate football ground for the college. we use the ground of polytechnic college

Old block of our college which is filled with greenery and a pretty swing
Our college library with almost every book needed

College size is small compared to other engineering colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

Chemical engineering is an extremely challenging course.it has many opportunities like in the field of petroleum, pharmaceuticals, cosmetic etc .The faculties of dept of chemical engineering in geck are highly skilled and provide good notes and classes. During a semester a student will have to go through 2 internal exams and a semester exams.75% attendance is mandatory for writing semester exam

Course Curriculum Overview:

Engineering is a high-demand field with stable employment opportunities. 9/10 faculty ratio. The teachers are good and good teaching and very helpful to improve the studies. The teachers of our campus higher educative teachers. Hardworking and knowledge was important to pass the exam and work hard can improve complete the semester. Minimum 35 mark will be scored 2internals and score minimum 75marknin sem exam.

Campus Life at geck

Campus Life, Arts fest,sports meet, Lakshya technical fest
The college conducting lot programmes related to festivals which is celebrating in kerala
College has a friendly attachment between the faculties and the students

Dislikes

Campus have less land space and not have e official ground for college
There is no block for electronics and communication department in the college
College has located in the back side of government polytechnic college kozhikode

The college will conduct several placement drives in Where core chemical companies and IT companies will participate. In college there is approximately an average of 70% of placement in several companies in India.

Government Engineering College

Placement Experience:

Mainly placement starting in the 4th year. Placement companies are mostly in the IT field. So we couldn't get jobs in core companies. only 30% of students are placed in college. Their test was very difficult. I planned to continue higher study after BTech.

Amazing college Life

Placement Experience:

A plenty of campus placements are there for the students from seventh semester onwards. Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc are the main companies visited our college. The companies provide a package of above 4 lakh per annum for those who were selected. About 40% of total students are getting placed from college. After graduation, we can apply our resume to various companies and acan attend apprentice programme provided by companies also.

Remarks:

College is very much crowded, not much space in the campus. Entire college is in 5 acres of land. It's the only bad remark. College is in the centre of the city, it's a big plus point.
