Life at DIT Pune

Likes

The campus infrastructure is quite good compared to some well established colleges in the city.
The campus is always buzzing with fests and events making a very dynamic atmosphere for students
The emphasis on research and development is great to have.

Dislikes

Going to classes is only beneficial if you take it as a revision lecture and not a fresh start

Teaching staff for all subjects, they are experienced
The hostel facility is really good , all things are provided.
Area of college is good , never faced any problems for transport.

The college has really small campus not much places for break time

Student become eligible for campus placement after 3rd semester, here we have good campus placement, many companies visit here and Infosys Capgemini cognizant Accenture nvidia amazon Microsoft are few leading of all. Almost all students get a placement I plan to complete masters after my degree. .

Likes

Location of college is nice and well connected
Faculty are very nice and very experience
Students take is limited and crowd is very nice

Dislikes

Campus is small and there is not own engineering department playground
Less extra activities. If u want any interest contact with senior and they will help you
Strict attendance rule if ur absent for 2 days they direct call ur parents

Placement Experience:

The placement is good. Average placement is 6-7 lakh. Highest is 14 lakh and lowest is 3.5lakh . Most of the student get placement in mass hiring companies like tcs, wipro. I plan is to start my own startup after getting the degree

i like the campus and the vibe in college campus
the taste of canteen i like very much i eat daily there

the parking area is outside the college they through our bikes from parking
the lift of our college it look like we couldn’t get lift anymore

The college campus was very small in small place there three colleges

College have good infrastructure. All classroom are with digital board. There is CCTV cameras in every classroom and throughout campus to check any wrongdoing.
College provide 100% placement guarantee in big mnc like Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Ltmindtree, Coforge, TCS, Wipro. Average package is around 4.5lpa and the highest package student has got is 70lpa.So many students placed in Mang Companies.
Teaching staff and professior are very supportive. Professor always try to give best to students. Some professor have corporative experience they also help student to give corporative knowledge.

Dislikes

College don't have big campus. You cannot enjoy the college life like sitting with friends in college campus having fun.
College security guard always ask for id card even if they know you well.These things irritate a lot especially when you are late or you are having urgent work.

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester students'gets eligible for placement. Even before starting of final year there will 10 or more companies wil be visited. Companies like Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Ltmindtree, Coforge, TCS, Wipro are mass recruiter of college. With Capgemini MOU is signed. Average package is around 4.5 lpa and highest package is 70 lpa of entc branch and for CS-IT it is 45 lpa in Amazon and Microsoft.

Likes

Placements cell is good ! All branvhes have good placements not only computer engineering
Good classes and surroundings . Cleanness is ecxellent .

Dislikes

Campus is very small as compare to other colleges
Teachers are not sp good , they lack in teachung and basic knowlwdge.

Placement cell of the college is very good as compare to other colleges in pune. All branches have good placements even branches like mechanical have good placements. The placements are in final year of engineering as common but they starts in third year . College has good tie up with MNC and local companies so placement is not an issue if you have good skills and knowledge . Internship is available in 3 rd year.

The labs build here are very good and up to the mark with the current technology and advancement
Training and placement team is very good. They try their level best to bring all the possible opportunities to the students at the right time.

Dislikes

Very less campus area: the campus area here is very less as compared to the other colleges.
No ground available: there is no space for the students to play any kind of game.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are very good. Almost all of the students who are eligible for the placements are placed. There is a separate body for the placement work it's called the t and p cell. Training and placement cell, it provides the students with all the current in market placement opportunities.
