Some faculties are very experienced they teach us very well, here labs are in good condition you can do practical demonstration easily.
Uit rgpv provides excellent placement opportunities to students, with a good track record of successful placements in top companies.
Uit rgpv is good in fee as very low about 23000 and scholarship is also given to the students who are eligible for the scholarship and jobs opportunities are also more in this college with good package

Dislikes

The placement is not too good, but there are many companies that offer you decent packages the placement are not that good because maximum companies are mass recruiter but you can go off-campus placement.
The college hostel has a very low occupancy there are no bed for everyone
There is a hostel on our college campus which provides a bad facility there is a mess for students there is a library for the students for style study there is a parking facility there is a canteen also.

UIT RGPV - The Best degree

Likes

Very low fees of our college makes it affordable for every student
College provides a lot of scholarship for SC,ST,OBC students and General students with 75% in MP boards and 85% in CBSE
It has really big campus and it even have RGPV pahadi within our college campus , which has very scenic view

Dislikes

College is very big so You have to walk around 8-9 KM daily
Average package our college is a bit low because many students go for further studies after taking degree from UIT rgpv
Campus life is a little bit boring and offside because not many fests are organized in our college due to low funding

Placement Experience:

7th-semester students are eligible for placements. 54 companies visited our college and the average salary offered was 4.4LPA. The highest package on campus was 18 LPA and the average package was 4.4 LPA. Almost 78% of students got placed according to our seniors, the rest of the students continued to further their studies. I'm planning to prepare for UPSC. So I needed a college with no attendance issues as UIT RGPV is best for my needs.

The classrooms ,the faculty , the library, the labs ,the lush green campus ,the clubs , the sports facilities , the canteens , the hostels , supportive seniors.

Dislikes

College is located at outskirts , network issue , very huge campus which makes it difficult to move from one place to other

Placement Experience:

For any campus placement drive the students are eligible from the 5th semester as till this semester they have gained some knowledge. Some famous companies which came are TCS, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE and various others and they offered in total of 100 placements in our college. The highest package offered was 10 lakhs/annum and the average was 3.5L/annum, profiles offered of data analytics and web-developer and others. The percentage of students getting placed have their cgpa near to 8 as companies definitely see ones knowledge. My plan after getting placed is to open a startup creating few jobs, the startup would be related to my stream so that I can use my course knowledge in the practical world.

We have very big campus area . And the most beautiful building in KRC.
We have decent campus life. And the most beautiful library.

Dislikes

Campus building is very old .And area are not maintained properly
We have not proper arrangements for students active

I chose this course because I am interested in Car design. Unfortunately, there is only one faculty pre-74 student in my branch, although their faculties are well qualified, the faculty are supportive.

My college review

Likes

I like my college because this college is given very good facilities to us.
The college facilities like football ,cricket and volleyball ,kabaddi campus.
The library contains 40, 0000 + books in this college library.

Dislikes

Only one ambulance facility in this college.
Average package is 22 lakhs which not enough for engineers.
This course is very difficult. So it is tough for me .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because this course is affordable for me and the college is located near my home, Regarding the faculty-student ratio there is one professor for 1 batch of 80 students. All the facilities are Ph.D. holders. The exam level is easy to moderate class size:79, course fees:INR 40,000 per year.

UIT RGPV full review

Likes

It has a great Infrastructure above SGSITS and DAVV.
Various student clubs which are very active in the college.
It has MP's largest sports complex which has avilability for different indoor games.

Dislikes

There are several irrelevant groups which disrupt the college atmosphere.
If you don't have vechile you have to travel much in the college campus.
Sports complex only opens on annual sports fest 'Mahasangram'.

From 6th semester a student is eligible for the placement but he would be placed after completing his degree. Before the 6th sem, one can avail of various internships by improving his/her skills. Several companies visited in the last 3, to 4 years like TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, etc. Most sales companies come in college. Last year approx. 350 students were placed from 700 students with a good percentage of 50 percent. The highest package grossed up to 45 lpa last year off campus. As mostly CS students I also want to grab a placement up to 15 lpa by improving my skills.

My college experience

Likes

College location: It is located in the outer of Bhopal.
Greenery: There are too much trees in the campus which gives us fresh air.
Faculty: are very good and knowledgeable graduated from top universities like IITs

Dislikes

Management:- is worst because our work get delayed and delayed
Grouping:- there is group called bh*l which runs since 30 years, engaged in various illigal works.
Hostels :- corridors are dirty and water problem.

Placement Experience:

Placement is decent for CS and IT students. Rest depends on the potential of the students. Students from 3rd year start getting placed in the companies. The highest package is 44 lpa and the average is 3.5 lpa.

Pros and cons of UIT RGPV bhopal

Likes

1st I would include that the college have various student clubs which are active whole year.
2nd that it has a very good library as MP's largest library.
Last but not least it has a very huge annual sports program known as Mahasangram.

Dislikes

Their are various irrelevant groups in college that the one should not join.
From the main gate of University the is college is far away so the one has to travel a lot.
There are no street vendors near the college

Placement Experience:

After 7 semesters one would get placement opportunities in the final year, but if you have various skills then you can avail of different internships with the help of guidance from various clubs in college. Various companies visited from last few years like TCS, COGNIZANT, WIPRO and many more and in last year in 2022 approx 542 students placed including on campus and off campus from approx 800 students, with a good percentage of 65 percent. My plan is to study hard and crack GATE exam and avail a seat in IIT.

I chose the course because of my interest in the engineering field, the faculty-student ratio in my college is 5:80. The faculty in my college is post graduated few have done Ph.D and others are just post-graduate professors, and the teaching method of few teachers is extremely good other have old traditional ways. They took 4 exams in one semester which were moderate to pass.

My overall experience about this college is amazing specially about the sources availability.
Faculty members are also very supportive with us as for providing notes and teaching very nicely.
Campus life of this college is also seems to be very goodly managed time for study, attending tech fests and cultural events.

Dislikes

There are very few things to dislike about this college but one thing is that the availability of canteen.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is also very good it gets a 5-6 lakh per annum package. But if I am not going to place anywhere then as the student becomes able before completing their second semester to go for any job I am not going to look or wait for any placement as my plan is for my own startup so I will start an internship after completing the first semester. And if we talk about the highest package it is 42 lakh per annum offered by TCS and approximately 80% of students get placed here every year.

UIT RGPV Bhopal have highly qualified faculty members most of them being PhD holders from institutes like IITs and NITs. The institute is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidiyalaya (RGPV).

Petrochemical Engineering is a 4 year full time course. It deals with the study of petroleum, natural gases and crude oils, their production and concentration. It is a specialized branch of Chemical Engineering.
