Admission process was very hectic as we have to clear cuet which is conducted by NTA Then it took a lot of time for results and cutoffs of different universities. What i didn't like is the process of 3-4 month after giving cuet exam we have to wait for admission
It was very well updated with the syllabus of PCS(j). Almost all courses at BHU are made with an objective to be relatable to UPSC, PCS etc. In some sort, it lacks the practice aspect as almost all time professor teaches theory and don't encourage for internships, also many time they make unnecessary hurdles in recommendation letter for internships.
All things are Ok but i think that Infrastructure should be better including desk & table, special bus service should be available for law students of Bhu. More seminar should be organized by faculty
Positive Remarks- Our faculty is blessed with a huge law library and not only this, we have access to Central Library as well as Cyber Library. The greenery of BHU is very well known and the environment is therefore clean and fresh. BHU is far away from pollution. A student of the main campus in any of the faculties can get to attend different seminars and workshops on versatile fields. Negative Remarks- As such there is nothing to be said but yes, since Varanasi as a city is not much developed therefore it is not much favourable for people who want to have a taste of corporate life so the other option being that one can himself improve his CV by doing internships at metropolitan cities.
Positive-It is the best institute for preparing judiciary examinations. The most of the students are come to this school for this purpose. This institute is also beat for job opportunities in PSUs and corporate sector. Negative-There is no culture for litigation practice among students.
Positive Remarks:Good location is available.Experience teachers are also available. The college has dominated lower judiciary.
In conclusion I've only word to say about BHU.... It's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
Overall experience of the campus is very good. I really enjoy the studies as well as other extra-curricular activities. I am glad that I took admission here as I experience many things that I wouldn't have been able to experience in any other university. Nice friendly and peaceful atmosphere in the campus makes it the best campus. Although the placements is still a worry for us but lets hope we get the best results.
