I didn't apply for other colleges as I find it best with a good budget and good mess food. So no rejection. For admission you have to fill cuet form , give the exam. After that do the registration then if you get selected you have to complete further process. At last you have to go for physical verification of documents.

I gave BHU entrance test. In those times everything was available on the site of BHU. Now the exam is conducted by NTA through CUET exam. Caste reservation and students of BHU employees quota is prevailed.

The eligibility of the course was one has completed his/her 12th. First we had to fill the CUET form and go through entrance exam and then we had to fill the registration form of BHU and then the counselling was done. We had to fill the preferences of the faculty/ colleges and honors subject. Reservation was provided to EWS, OBC, SC and ST students. The only fault was - the admission process was so slow of BHU.

Eligibility - 12th pass. Now you've to apply and pass CUET(UG) exams but during my times there was specific university based exams so I can tell about it. There is a proper cut off of the main campus, then MMV, then other women's colleges and then DAV. The exam weren't too easy and difficult. Mid ranged and if you prepare well you're gonna excel it. The counselling process specifically for general people is too much hefty. I remember just standing and waiting for like 4-5 hours before my admission was finally finished. This should be solved.

The admission process for BHU typically involves filling out an online application form, submitting required documents, and sometimes appearing for entrance exams depending on the course. The cutoff marks for entrance exams vary each year and depend on factors like the number of applicants and the difficulty level of the exam. One aspect of the admission process that some applicants may find challenging is the uncertainty surrounding the cutoff marks and the competitiveness of certain courses. Additionally, some candidates may find the documentation process cumbersome or time-consuming. However, overall, BHU strives to ensure a fair and transparent admission process for all applicants.

• the minimum eligibility to apply for specialisations offered by the Faculty of Social Sciences, like History, Geography, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, etc., is 10+2 or equivalent with an aggregate of at least 50% marks. and then the entrance exam CUET conducted by NTA is required to be taken. • all the application related information is readily available on the official website of BHU (bhuonline.in) • there is reservation as per Gol Rules (27% OBC; 15% SC; 7.5% ST; 5% PC- Horizontal Reservation) • there are delays sometimes in updation, and lack of good communication, which i believe needs to be fixed.

I have given the BHU entrance test for admission. It was organized by the BHU for admission in various courses but now, the admission process is done through the cuet ug entrance exam conducted by NTA. Any 12th passed-out candidate can take economics honors in graduation from any stream. But for B. A (HONOURS)EMS, I.e., economics, statistics, and maths, the candidate must have maths in their 12th. The honors subject is given on the basis of the score of the entrance exam during counseling, the one who scored high and apply for the same honors subject gets it first then the one who scored less. So, it also depends on the demand of the subject.
